Was amazed at how easy it was to use. Deep cleaned and got all the pet stains out of the carpet. After going over the carpet with just the dry on it sucked up even more water. Carpets dried in about 4 hrs. Have used other ones but this one in my opinion tops them. Very happy with this cleaner.

This machine automatically mixes and dispenses the cleaning solution. There is no need to keep pressing a trigger to spray the carpet. The water tank is a little small so you have to stop and dump it often but other than that it did a great job of cleaning my carpets.

Great product. It works really well. I have used it for multiple jobs and it has been great.

Easy to use and light weight compared to others. I like the eay it removes the water. It leaves the carpet ready to dry quicker.

I rented a few times a carpet cleaner and it was bulky and hard to use at the stairs. It would normally take me about 3 hours to finish and then wait about 1 1/2 days to dry. I got tired of it since I like to wash it every 6 months. This product was Excellent it took me about an hour to do my whole house including the srltairs and it dried completely within a few hours. Carpet looks brand new again

I bought this Hoover smartwash a few months ago and absolutely love it. I have a dog and 2 cats and it cleans up any messes instantly. My house looks and smells clean. This machine is so easy to clean out compare to the Bissel I had before. I recommend this to all pet owners

Like this product cleans my rug,carpet,and floors great like that I don't have to mix shampoo and water because it has own separate water and shampoo tanks separately mixes automatically its lightweight so it's easy to use easy to assemble great product highly recommend

Am amazed and pleasantly surprised how great this carpet cleaner works. Very easy to use. My carpeting is 19 years old (going to be replaced soon) and it got out just about every stain, and it looks professionally cleaned. The dry only button really helps dry the carpet quickly. Highly recommend!

I purchased this online and picked it up promptly in store within 1 hour. I couldn’t wait to get it home and use it. Very easy to use and couldn’t believe the debri that came from the carpet! Loved that it dried the carpets thoroughly as well, would highly recommend!

This cleaner is very easy to use. I like that I can push a button to switch to dry only to remove more fluid from the carpet. I also appreciate how easily you can remove parts(brushes, covers, water and solution containers). I’m amazed how much dog hair is removed with this carpet cleaner. That is after vacuuming first. I would highly recommend this product.

Does a decent job of cleaning carpets and very easy to use. Not too heavy for going up stairs

We just purchased a new home, it has carpet in 2 rooms only so we wont be using it much. One of the room had some spots on the carpet and the previous owner had a dog. (We will replace the carpet with hardwood next year) but for now, the smartwash+ cleaner worked great. The soap and water containers are easy to remove. The front module, where hair may collect is also easy to remove (snaps on/off). It's super easy to use and most impotently to clean! and the results have been great so far. It has a DRY ONLY mode, so you can go over the carpet one more time to just dry it. The carpet took 1-1.5 hrs to dry and looked like new. Cons: None so far

This is amazing!!!!!! I totally love this it has a great suction and the shampoo cleaner that comes with it it’s great i bought the big one after noticing how great it works. I have light color gray sofas and wow after cleaning them with this they look like brand new and dry super fast. Totally worth it.

Used it recently for an apartment with heavy stains and pet hair. It picked up all the pet hair that my Dyson didn't get with several passes. It picked up most if not all stains, workes better with a pre-treatment of the carpet first. Not a heavy machine and its easy to clean the parts for it. The manual that comes with it is very comprehensible.

I replaced my old Bissell which was a tank and lasted for years but was heavy and hard to use. The hoover is designed really well, light, easy to use and very easy to clean afterwards. Works great and highly recommend if u have pets or kids that make a mess on your carpets.

This carpet cleaner is amazing. Easy to fill and empty the water. No clraner solution waste it goes in a separate container. Best feature it has a dry only setting, to extra dry the carpet for faster drying time when you are done. I was my carpet in the evening mist of the time and by the time I wake up in the morning it's completely dry.

This is one of the best floor cleaners I ever purchased easy to clean awesome it wait is awesome it's lightweight up and down stairs are great put parts in dishwasher 123 done I love this machine I would recommend this to anybody I've been shopping with Best buy for a long time this is another great product love it.
