This machine has far exceeded my expectations. Through the years I have had a few carpet cleaners. None that worked very well. So I didn't expect very much form another carpet cleaner. But this machine is amazing. Simple to assemble and then just add water + soap(trial size included) and you are off. It has a very large vacuum head with 2 large beefy brushes. You simply turn it on and as you push it propels itself forward , dispensing cleaner and scrubbing the carpet. When you pull back it automatically switches to suction and drys the carpet leaving them lightly damp.

This shampooer is the best one I’ve ever owned and used. It’s simple to use and simple to set up. It cleans really well. I was pleasantly surprised to find out how easy it was. I would definitely recommend to anyone with kids or pets. Anyone who has carpet or upholstery could benefit from this.

As a pet owner I’ve bought several carpet cleaners, and they always have some issue with faulty plastic parts that break and short life expectancies. This one seems the best I’ve ever had. It’s not too heavy or too noisy and holds plenty of water and cleaning concentrate to do all of my rooms many times over. The best part though, is how easy it is to take apart to keep it clean. Easy access to rollers and intake. That’s huge. Emptying the dirty water is also extremely easy, and there are no little crevices for yuck to get stuck. And take my advice, dump it out, rinse it, and allow it to dry with the cover off. This will prevent unpleasant odors. And the button that stops the flow of water is also an awesome feature, so you can get them really dry. It suctions as well as blows warm air at the carpet. The attachment saved my upholstered dining room chairs, so easy to use!

This carpet cleaner is awesome! Love the smart technology that you don’t even have to press a button for soap, it does it by itself. But this carpet cleaner and the oxy- carpet cleaner solution got out horrible stains from my apartment carpet that we’ve been in for 3 years with kids! Super impressed with this carpet cleaner, and also easy to use

This carpet cleaner is great. Cleans well and makes it super easy since all you do is push and pull. On most cleaners you have hold a button to spray and on this you don’t. Also, the heat only mode to help with drying faster is fast and fantastic. Carpets were dry in only a few hours. Highly recommend!

A very good machine so far. Have used it once so far and it did a very good job. Its very easy to operate and pretty easy to clean compared to others Ive had.The only thing that would make it better is larger tanks for the water in order to fill and empty less often.other then that im satisfied.would reccomend.

Easy to use, lighter then the older ones, easy to clean. Does a good job.

This is our first purchase of a carpet cleaner and we are very impressed with the ease of use, the quality of cleaning and how simple it is to clean the machine when we are through using it. We had used our son's Bissel Heat Pro 2x and it is not as easy to use and clean up as this one.

I never liked shampooing my carpets/rugs before until I got this. It is so easy to use and I love that it has the ability to dry the carpet or rug. It doesn’t dry it completely but it works well enough that it’s just slightly damp when you’re done, which is perfectly fine with me.

Best carpet cleaner I've ever owned. As someone with 3 cats who "protest" when the litter box gets neglected and urinates on the carpet, this thing picks it all up and completely gets rid of the smell. Its lightweight and almost guides itself.

I purchased this carpet cleaner/steamer after our Bissell model was stolen and have only used it once so far but I was very impressed by the ease of use, how well it cleaned our old carpets and how well it dried them immediately after cleaning them.

Bought this as a replacement for an older model Hoover carpet cleaner. It is much easier to use, clean, and maintain than older model cleaners. I like the fact that you do not need to pre-mix the cleaning solution and water prior to using. It is as easy as vacuuming your carpet.

The carpet cleaner did an excellent job on cleaning our carpets. We also cleaned a recliner with the accessories and it really did a great job. The machine is easy to handle so it's a great plus for our home.

Was able to get it $80 off via price match so that made it even better! This product cleans very well and is easy to use. The auto mix for the solution is very nice, no need to measure the solution and add to the water. The hose attachment is very good and easy to use as well

I have used so many carpet cleaners and this one is absolutely the best. Easy to put together and so easy to clean!!! Also the cleaner itself cleaned my carpets and couch the best I have ever seen them! Love this machine!!!

The very best steam cleaner I've ever owned! Also, SO easy and quick to clean after each use! I have 4 beloved cats and this leaves the rooms very fresh and clean. The extra "just dry" is just fantastic! Very highly recommend this wonderful steam cleaner!

Works easily. I have used older model for years. I felt this design is easy to use. It did a great job of cleaning my carpet. I thought it did great on getting out the water to let carpet dry quicker as well. I would recommend this to others.

Love this machine. It’s easy to use and less heavier than my old machine. One little piece broke on my old machine that’s caused it not to work correctly. This is prefect.

This was easy to put together and get cleaning. Like the wider brushes as it makes the job go quicker. You will still need to pre-treat older stains but when done right this depp cleaner will take card of those too. Am pleasantly suprised that it did such a good job.
