Cleans even old carpets really well and is very easy to use.

Easy to use and does an excellent job on carpets. Only minor negative is it takes some effort to clean machine when done.

After having the previous version of this with the overhead rotational brushes that quit working - twice - this machine is a serious upgrade from engineering perspective. Since the machine requires deep cleaning itself, the ease with which is comes apart and goes back together for maintenance is the best part about this machine. It cleans pretty well, although I do miss the rinse only feature of the previous model. And lastly, use good/premium cleaning solution - it makes a difference.

I stand by this product 100%. Bought this for my wife as a gift and she fell in love with it. It’s so strong it pulls everything up. I did a lot of research before buying this and I’m glad. This works better than industrial carpet cleaners. Haven’t had to deal with customer service yet so I can’t tell you that detail but if this goes down I’m definitely buying another one.

Amazing vacuum!! After a cleaning the water looked nasty brown. That shows that it did a terrific job cleaning the carpet. Why pay for carpet cleaning when you can buy this and have professional unlimited carpet cleaning whenever you want. It does leave the carpet wet though and you will need fans to dry

This unit is easy to operate and does a great job on spots and cleaning carpet.

This shampooer works quite well for a couple uses, but there are many small pieces around the dirty water suction part that are delicate and break easily, rendering it useless. For that reason alone, I cannot recommend this particular shampooer.

Carpet cleaner works great. Much easier than the old dinosaur I used to have. Leaves the carpet pretty dry if you go really slow with the dry only function. Very easy to clean. I never received the cleaning solution I ordered along with the machine. UPS said it was damaged. Best Buy customer service is the absolute worst. Can't get ahold of anyone. Last time I purchase from them.

Easy to use right out of the box. Does an excellent job on the carpets

Cleans very well and gets down into the carpet. My only complaint is that when you do a deep carpet clean you really need to move the cleaner forward very slowly. This cleaner has an automatic clean/dry operation so it cleans when moving forward and drys in reverse but if you move forward very slowly it doesn't detect it and puts the machine in drying mode. This is easily fixed by just doing multiple passes though so it's not a deal breaker.

This cleaner rocks! It was shocking how much dirt we had in our rugs (we have a dog and live on a busy city street. Gotta add that it was very satisfying watching the dirt come into the reservoir. It's kinda like the satisfaction we get when power washing the patio. My only gripe is that cleaning it out when you are done is a bit of a pain.
