Super easy to use. Was surprised at the beginning of the COVID pandemic you couldn’t rent a carpet cleaner. So we bought this. Not as robust as a rental unit, and no heat. But so easy to use we can keep up with the filth of children and chihuahuas. Pleased with the purchase.

My carpets were really dirty because of the mess kids constantly make so I finally decided to buy this and give it a try, it cleaned my carpets to the point where my wife kinda said wow it looks way better but the carpets didn’t look like brand new. I also washed them back and forward for up to 4 times to get the result that i was kinda satisfy with.

Absolutely the BEST carpet scrubber I’ve EVER purchased!! I’ve owned 5 different Bissell scrubbers & have ALL been JUNK! Especially considering I only used them a couple times a year! Works like a scrubber should, easy to use. EASY & convenient to clean!

Easy to operate and does a very good job cleaning dirty carpet.

I haven’t had to use it yet on a super large area but for spot cleaning I’m high traffic and pet stained areas it has been amazing! So easy to use and incredibly easy to dismantle and clean all the parts and pieces! No smelly residue from parts not getting cleaned every time it’s used!

Really just got this machine so I haven’t been able to really give it a real work out yet. But I was able to clean one bedroom and it worked really well. As soon as I can I really plan on giving it real work out and then I can give another update.

Love the cleaner it was so easy to use the wash and dry cycle worked great and love the dry only button but the best part was that I able to take it apart and clean the machine after I was done right down to the brushes would highly recommend buying this machine.

I bought the Bissell first and it broke in 3 months. I used my protection plan and got the Hoover. This thing makes cleaning a carpet similar to using a vacuum cleaner. Buy the HOOVER!

My wife is really happy now that she got this amazing machine that does everything my to clean the house. No need to use broom or any other equipment, this multitasking machine is awesome

Bought this vac for the bedrooms and sofa. We have my grandmother dog at the house now and this vac is great for deep cleaning the sofa and carpets for pet hair. Wife loves it!

Bought product as an impulse buy since it was on sale and I'm not regretting it. It helped greatly with dirty and stained carpet. After one use, i could see the difference. Using it constantly keeps the carpet looking great

This unit is great. I use to have another brand, it was bulky and heavy. This unit is like vacuuming. Very easy to push and pull. It does an amazing job cleaning carpet.

Easy to set up. Easy to manuever. Really does the job! Washed carpet in 3 rooms and game room.. did a couple runs to dunk dirty water and add clean water.. it was okay… my carpet is looking like new.

I bought this smart wash carpet cleaner very long time. I have a chance to used it yesterday it's clean my room very good and easy to used forward wash and pull back dry all automatic function just turn the switch on then all you need. I love it

as good as we hoped. easy to use and great for cleaning light soil or pet accidents (if acting quickly). Not a replacement for pro service but great for the price and convenience. Very easy to clean and use.

With 3 large dogs at home I am never without a carpet cleaner I think over time I have had every brand this is by far the best it uses way less water so the carpets dry quicker but somehow they are way cleaner

We got this for a great deal and it worked wonders on our couch and carpet. It does not heat and dry instantly so you might have to take a couple of passes during the drying part but it still works well
