This is one of the easy carpet cleaners I’ve bought as far as for cleaning the machine after using it because mist of the cleaning parts come off the machine for rising off the parts

Needed a carpet cleaner, bad! Decades worth of dirt has been lifted, and I can finally see the original color, and breath a little more easily! Fairly straightforward, and no real guesswork needed.

I like it because it is light & easy to move around. My first one I got after using it a piece kept popping off where u clean the brushes. I took it back and got another. I haven’t used the new one yet but I hope it doesn’t happen again.

I have shampooed just about everyones carpet I know! It is extremely helpful and the results will blow your mind. We have a large (long haired Akita) dog and two adult cats indoors and this vacuum gets used pretty much weekly.

If I had written this review a few weeks ago, I probably would have given this cleaner five stars. It has good suction, it's easy to clean out the gunk, easy to empty the dirty tank, etc. It really worked well, until it didn't. A couple of weeks back, during normal use, came a grinding noise, and the rollers stopped rolling. They still spin when there is zero resistance (when it's on a bare floor, for instance), but it's clear that the gears that spin the brushes are stripped. (It also sounds like they are made of plastic, from the sound.) Which is unfortunate, because none of that stuff is accessible to the owner on this model - it's all internal, and there's no getting inside this thing. Most things, I can fix, no problem - but not this. So, like a few reviewers have already mentioned, if I want my brushes to spin (and I do), I have to ship this monster back to the factory, at my expense. And apparently, this thing with the brushes is a common problem. So you're really rolling the dice when you buy this; it's a great machine, but for how long? Mine lasted about ten weeks. I hope you have better luck than I did.

I recommend this carpet cleaner vacuum. One of my proud purchases. Easy instruction. Easy to use. I enjoy cleaning my carpets and area rugs. Just be careful using this on High pile carpet. The fibers gets stuck on the brushes.

Love this carpet cleaner. I have messy dogs. It is well designed and easy to use. Really do like the push to spray then pull to dry operation. Also like the dry only feature. A bonus was the quick assembly.

This unit was recommended by a consumer group. We found it to be perfect for cleaning the carpet in our house. Very easy to use and after we were do, very easy to take apart and clean

We bought this on sale. We calculated that with 1.5 carpet cleaning sessions it would pay for itself vs renting one... plus it's ours. Plus it feels better to clean the deep cleaner for our own use than for everybody else's.

Hoover’s line of carpet cleaners have always met or exceeded my expectations. This one is no different. User friendly and dry time is phenomenal. Great for large cleanings or just spot cleanings.

Two stars because it is easy to use and did clean one area rug we had. Put it away and 10 months later went to use it again. First wouldn’t spray water then just leaked water everywhere. Checked seating of water tank and still leaks everywhere. Will try calling support on Monday with hopes they will have an answer. Father has an old Bissell that has never had an issue. So if you are thinking Hoover or Bissell maybe the Bissell is a better choice.

I am very impressed at how well this cleaner works. Due to pets making messes I have used it several times already and it does a great job. It is easy to use and not difficult to clean after each use.

Very user friendly. The double brushes cleaned old stains and dirt from carpet. The water, soap, and dirty water containers were easy to remove and put back together. The cover over the brushes is removable to clean out hair and debris.

I have used this product atleast 7 times since I brought it. I have a 1 year old, no pets so my review is going to be based on my child. I have light grey carpets and my stains usually consist of P&J, cheese curls, koolaid, cuties oranges this cleaner does not get the stains all the way out. The cleaner itself I used weekly to shampoo my carpets from dirt since my child stays on it. Carpets are usually damp but not unbearable. Please DO NOT CONFUSE WET CARPET PICS WITH DRIED CARPET PICS. All in all cleaner is average. Easy to clean and use. I would say Hoover needs to work on better cleaning solutions

I have dogs, live on a hobby farm, so my very large, wool, area rugs get dirty! This machine was easy to operate, and did a very good job. Almost the best part was how easy it is to clean the machine when you’re done!

have owned 2 or 3 of the older "full size" carpet shampooers...what a hassle..taking them apart cleaning the nozzles..etc...we love this thing..works great..easy to use and even easier to clean. Highly recommend

I've previously had a Hoover Max extract 60 and loved how my carpets were almost completely dry after cleaning them. Unfortunately, I burrowed it to my brother and somehow he broke it. I decided not to buy a new carpet cleaner until recently and had ended up buying the new Bissell Revolution... No matter how many times I went back over the wet carpet in dry mode , it was still wet which I was extremely disappointed, especially after spending $300 on the Bissell machine.... So I returned it, as I was dissatisfied. I was hesitant on purchasing this because I was worried it wouldn't have the same water extraction as the Max Extract did. Well, it does and I love the power this machine has as well... I can walk on my carpets after and not have drenched socks.

Only had to use this once since I purchased it, but man I was impressed!!!! And it even comes with a hose and all kinds of little attachments I wouldve never thought to purchase, so I guess that's a plus too lol...

I like this machine because of how easy it is to operate. It’s got a separate solution tank, so as to make sure you’re not gonna use more than needed to do the carpet. The only issue I have with it is the deterrent tank will slowly leak if not removed from machine.

Cleans really well- the pet stain had been cleaned by a professional service and it was still very visible. I cleaned it with the Hoover and the stain is almost invisible.
