Greta machine to have on hand! Everything it states in description was spot on. We had a puppy and this was great to have when sh had accidents. Cant go wrong with this.

Over years I have had carpet cleaners. This is by far the best one. Easy to use. Easy to clean and easy to push and pull. It also helps to dry carpet. Love it.

love this machine had a Bissel and was a little nervous when it died about upgrading but not the case this was a great upgrade as easy to use as vacuuming works great rugs come out noticeably cleaner

Best carpet cleaner ever. Once my old one broke and we had to get another I was disappointed because I loved my old one, but this one has exceeded my expectations.

I needed an new carpet cleaner. When I bought this I tried it out right away. I was very pleased with how it performed, and amazed at the dirt it removed from my carped. Great cleaner

This is the best carpet cleaner we have ever owned! It does a great job of drying the carpet during the cleaning process. Very easy to clean out the unit - Easy access to the brush rollers, etc.

We used this product for our carpets and throw rugs. It works great. We will try on our furniture in the next few weeks. But, so far, this is a working machine that gets the job done.

Definitely picks up a lot of dirt! The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because it is hard to clean the machine itself when you are done. The power head has edges and corners where carpet fiber tends to get caught and clump together. There are parts for the power head that can be removed to help clear out the larger clumps of fiber. But there is still trapped fiber that needs to be removed with a small brush. There is also a small amount of residual water in the machine that you have to empty out and dry before you store the machine. If you don't clean out all the trapped fiber and remove all the water, the machine will probably start to smell!

Wasn't sure I would like this shampooer since I had problems before with Hoover, however, it did a great job on an old carpet we have. Liked the whole new concept of how it dispenses the soap and water and no lever to pull or push in to dispense. Picked up the water really well. Will see how it is a few months from now!

Works very nice compared to older shampooer. Comes apart easily to clean all parts of machine. Had a flood from wayer pioe burst and it sucked up tge water more efficiently than shop vac.

Works great and simple to use. Still gotta hit the bad spots with a little extra something but pulls all kinds of stuff out of the carpet.

easy to use. It's nice to fill the solution tank and not fuss with mixing it into the water every time you refill. cleans nicely. a little heavier than my past hoover unit but manageable

Great machine, cleans well and dries fast. The drawback for me is that it doesn’t have a trigger to release water as you choose. Water released on forward motion whether you want it or not.

I’m very happy with this machine. It has a lot of suction and when using the recommended cleaner makes carpet smell great. The only reason for the four stars instead of five is the flat area over the beater bars is a little difficult to clean.

We took home the top-of-the-line Bissell and this top-of-the-line Hoover and we still ended up keeping the Bissell. We were very impressed by this Hoover. It is very economical with the discharge and section of water and solution. With one bottle of solution and countless fills of water oh, we probably cleaned a few thousand square feet of carpet. If you're looking for a machine that doesn't discharge a lot of water and solution and doesn't break the pocketbook on making you purchase a lot of solution, then this is the machine for you. A couple things we did not like was the fact that when this machine was not in use, it did leak the dirty water and you had to empty it immediately. Also, if you had carpet immediately next to tile then you would get water and solution being sprayed onto your tile and it would cause a mess. You really had to change your strategy in that type of situation. Our next decision for not choosing this machine was the fact that even after going over the same area three times over, as economical and gentle as the Hoover is, it just doesn't pick up as much dirt, grime and whatever other contaminants may be lurking in your carpet. Unfortunately, I couldn't keep both and I had to return one of them and this one had to be the one. But I encourage everyone to make their own decision based on their own situation.

I bought this machine after watching multiple videos of it. This is honestly the best and easiest to use carpet cleaning machine I’ve ever purchased or used. I highly recommend this to anyone!

A little bit pricey, but it cleans really good, especially the system that use water to clean carpet floor, also no hassle to clean the machine itself. Nice 5 year warranty with the manufacturer.

If you think your carpets are clean just wait till you use this. It does a great job getting things up you cant even see. Takes a bit for the carpet to dry but thats true for all cleaners.

Love this shampooer. Easy to put together and use. I have four dogs you can imagine how bed my carpet looked. Shampooed one day the carpet looks just like it did when we moved in three years!
