It gave my carpet a really soft feel, incest in good quality soap. The product is easy to use and it is also easy to disassemble for cleaning and dumping the water.

I have had several models of different brand carpet machines and this is the best one I've ever had as far as cleaning and ease of cleaning up the machine after use.

I would like to think the entire concept is reality but its not. Yes it works well when cleaning however dont be surprised when your carpet is still WET and not dried all the way. Not even close!!
