It's very convenient and does a a good job for a do it yourself cleaning, but I believe for a really deep cleaning, you still need to call in the professionals.

pros - works as advertised - cleans well cons -small water tank -small dirt tank -solution tank leaked due to who knows - this tank fits one way only so it made no sense as to why it leaked

This shampooer is very easy to use I don’t see how I ever lived without it! You just have to push forward to wash and pull back on the handle to dry! Very simple to operate

I have not used my Hoover-SmartWash yet. I'm hoping it will do everything I expect it to. It was such a great price I couldn't have rented one cheaper.

I got this and it really surprised me how good it clean the carpet. It dry the floor in about 30 min after go over it with the dry only function.

After doing my research decided to go with the Hoover over other brands and it a good decision I did. It super simple to use and couldn’t be happier.

Originally bought the rug doctor but returned it just 3 days later after I saw a commercial for this Hoover deep cleaner and it is so much better and cheaper!!!

I’ve always avoided getting a product like this as I thought only a professional service would be the best solution. This product proved me wrong as it so easy to use.

I do like the easy set up and the way it maneuvers. I do think at times it does release too much detergent and there is no way to adjust that. All and all it is a good machine for the price.

Great carpet cleaner, all the tanks are completely separate with no soap to mix, push to clean and pull to dry.

Much better than my bissel. If you rinse as directed the results are as a professional performed the cleaning. Easy to take apart and clean.

We have a new puppy so this is important. Easy to use and I like how it comes apart so I can clean it well before putting it away.

This shampooed is very high tech needed it for new pup and it did the job. Help up well and has a feature that really surprised me you can press dry only on the side
