I bought this for my wife and immediately saw how great it was. Didn’t know how dirty our rugs were and cleaned them very well.

Does exactly as advertised. Build quality I'd only give it 3 stars, as it feels a little cheap, but it works amazingly well. I just hope it holds up well.

Works better than the older model. The self metering cleaner dispenser is great. Very good water extraction system, my carpet was dry in no time.

excellant carpet cleaner. Assembly was only pushing in the handle. Cleans carpets and leaves them almost completely dry.

This thing cleaned an old basement rug with ease - we also did a second run and got even more dirt out of a tired rug that probably hadn’t t been cleaned in years.

So pleased with my Hoover product. It did wonders for my carpeting. Cleaned up like it was brand new, I recommend the Hoover shampoo highly

So i really love this cleaner. I have pets and a toddler and this works great. It has separate tanks for clean and dirty water and is super easy to clean.

A dream carpet cleaner. Makes my carpet and rugs look like they are cleaned by a professional. The furniture attachment is a great plus.

Extremely happy with the performance and features of this unit The automatic wash and dry motion is great, and the dry only button gives me so much control that it’s almost like running a vacuum. The wand attachment is fantastic for under the bed and automobile carpet. All of the units compartments are easily unassembled for drying and cleaning. My results are every bit as good as the carpet pros that have come to my house in the past.

This machine is great to use, I cleaned my carpets fast than most of the cleaners I’ve had. What also gray about this machines that I can clean all dirty part.

Great tool for moderate level cleaning. It doesn't soak the carpets but cleans adequately. Will certainly pay for itself.

Overall works well and is very easy to use, just needs a few extra passes for heavier stains/cleaning, hence the 4 star instead of 5.

It's a fantastic machine. I love that you can remove and wash the bristle brushes, and that it automatically mixes the cleaner with water. However, I wish you could clean between the clear plastic where it sucks the water up on top if where the brushes are. I bought this because I have pets, and this machine is so great that it gets up hair from deep in my carpet that my vacuum missed. So the area where it sucks up water gets hair in it and I can't get it out. I ended up using my geek squad protection plan to replace it with a new one because it got so clogged in there.
