The first time I used it, it sucked up SO MUCH hair and dirt that my vacuum missed that I wound up upgrading my vacuum afterwards. I cannot believe how much dirt this thing picks up. Carpet cleaning was such a headache growing up, so I am happy with this cleaner which makes it so easy.
