It is as advertised. It washed the carpet as described and the best part it is that when I use it in Dry Only mode, it completely dries in 30 minutes. Love my carpet cleaner machine.

It out performed the rug doctor that I rented by leaps and bounds. It's very easy to use and I really love the drying feature it has. It's extremely easy to clean up as well. I definitely recommend this product

Pulling backwards sucks up the water/soap. Rollers have removable see thru cover to easily clean the rollers. Much better than old bissel. soap use is very little.

The "dry only" mode left them more than just damp, but maybe i need more practice since this was my first time using. My carpets look at least as good as when cleaned by a professional company, so the SmartWash will very quickly pay for itself! Very satisfied with this purchase
