Good cleaner just wish it held more water. But works great.

This product replaced a Hoover that lasted nine years. There is no comparison between the new one and the earlier version. Amazing suction! After cleaning an area, you discover that it is almost dry. Removal of the tanks and brushes is much easier than earlier versions.

I replaced this unit once under warranty. They changed the product. It uses a cheaper filter for the dirty water tank. It also does not hold as much cleaning liquid. It works well overall still, but drop in quality is concerning.

I am mrs clean, and steam clean all the time. I went over the carpet with the new machine, after just using my old stream cleaner....the dirt that came out was like mud water. I recommend this Hoover smart wash steam cleaner.

I often go back and forth between Hoover and Bissel. I’m loving the dual tanks that separate the cleaning solution from water. It really saves on soap. Machine does a great job removing stains though it takes going over a few times for the tougher ones. Overall happy with it

I bought this for a friend of mine who has about 75% carpet all over his house. This Hoover SmartWash+ allows him to give his carpet deep cleaning anytime he feels it's needed. This carpet cleaner does a great job and he's been very happy with it.

Works well and doesn't leave the floor overly wet.

It cleans the carpet nicely. Take away a lot of dust. Good for standalone carpet that you can put it in the sunshine to dry out. I purchased this vacuum because a lot of people in the previous comment mentioned that it does a really good job which I agree with. However, it leaves behind a lot of water on the carpet that it's hard to dry out. Especially if you are using it on your home carpet that is fixed to your wood. I recommend you do not do that. It will be so difficult to have that water drain out of your carpet and it's going to damage your carpet overall.

The Hoover SmartWash is great for smaller carpet cleaning jobs. It's light and smaller than the bigger models. Perfect for spot cleaning and throw rugs. It doesn't come with extra attachments if you need to clean stairs or upholstered furniture.

Get stuff clean, but does not have a good rinse option other than taking the soap container out of the machine. It leaks the whole time it isnt in the machine wasting their expensive soap.

This carpet cleaner does a great job cleaning the carpets and I love how the cleaning detergent is in a different compartment than the clean water. I’m not sure exactly how ‘heated’ the heated drying feature is, but it does dry significantly better than all my previous carpet cleaners.

The dry feature on this works awesome. Has a "dry" only feature that extracts the water great, minimal dampness. I only use this about every 6 months unless there's an unexpected spill/reason. Found that it's pretty easy to clean.

It’s great deep cleaner for the carpet and it dries quickly. The handle does not have great suction. Overall it’s an okay deep cleaner. Hoover customer service is not the best.

This was a deal of the day purchase. It was a great price. I’ve used it on my carpets and my parents and they’ve turned out great! Definitely worth buying instead of paying for someone to come clean your carpets. Very easy to use.

Absolutely love the Hoover smartwash deep cleaner!! We don’t wear shoes in our home and yet this machine got so much dirt out of the carpets on the first use amazing!!! Would definitely recommend to all my friends!!!
