Still haven't had a chance to use it yet but with the attachment 's, I would assume it is a nice machine... planning on using it soon...will update...

Easy to use push forward to clean pull back to dry. Nice stair attachment included. Not as good as a professional unit you can rent but good to clean certain spots and maintain your carpet

Got this sucker so we didnt have to keep renting the machine from the grocery store 2 times a year, used the rebate we got from a new fridge, works great, although in 2020 we are all a bit spoiled and an auto rewind cord doohickey would have put this vroom broom up to 5 stars!

I love this machine for picking up pet hair. The hose disconnected from the housing which I found out was a manufacturing defect. I had the Geek Squad protection so it was replaced quickly.

I’ve had 3 different carpet cleaners over the years, and this one is now at the top of the list! Forget the “bladders in the collection water” of old...this has separate chambers that are easy to fill and empty! Love it!

Cleaner has nice features. Carpet cleaned well. Water suction could use improving, left carpet too wet where it would smell like dampness for a couple of days. Time will tell on dependability.

Average carpet cleaner. It ran through water very quickly. I had to stop multiple times to refill new water and dump the old, all while cleaning one room. Easy to use but time consuming.

I had stains in carpet from when I moved in. It was amazing the amount of dirt and stain this thing removed. Even after several passes with a vacuum prior to cleaning, this thing pulled out a ton of dirt.

I have 8 dogs. Yes, 8. I use this almost daily. I am very impressed with it's removal up of the pet urine. I highly recommend this to anyone that has pets. Easy to use and large capacity water tanks. Love it.

we love how it works. The solution gets out most of the stains on the carpet and all the dust stuck in the carpet that the vacuum doesn't pick up. I love that it has a dry only function and it works great.

My wife and I have an older dog and sometimes he has accidents. We bought this cleaner because we couldn't have professionals come in everyday. It removes the spots and odor. It's a great investment.

Works good so far but many bad reviews about bearing going bad so may have to return it if the bearing rust but aside from the faults it is a great product

This works well for vacuuming the living room carpet. It picks up pet hair, small pieces of paper ( from crafts), small fuzz, etc. I really like the long cord.

I've owned a few carpet shampooers in my life and I have to say this is absolutely the worst, cheap plastic parts that break super easy holding on critical parts of the machine that will rendered it useless, constantly needed to be cleaned while using or it would get clogged and/or not dispense water if you have a pet with hair don't even think about buying this the rollers and intake will be clogged instantly (I have an expensive vacuum I use twice a week and robot vacuum cleaner that runs every day my floor was definitely pre vacuumed) it will also generally leave your floor wet, you can't change the amount of detergent you would like to add because it mixes it on its own and water dispenser is also automatic so you can't choose when to dispense only on forward motion (no trigger) I was willing to overlook all of that but after less than a year of owning and probably used it 20 times I would like to mention I completely cleaned every part of the machine that was cleanable after every use, there was a loud grinding noise in the motor then fire and sparks shot out of the back it blew my breaker and my house now smells like an electrical fire and obviously it is unusable (on sidenote I learned you cannot replace belts or most parts in the machine if you needed to so it's made to be disposable) anyways It's out the door #Don'tWasteYourMoney #IWillNeverBuyHooverProductAgain

With the products that I purchased at the same time, I was able to remove some stubborn stains that I didn’t think would come out.

We have only used this once, but it did do a good job cleaning. No sure how it compares to other cleaners in its price range, but it worked well. It is also easy to clean.

Works great, best rug shampooer you can get at any retail store I’ve bought 4 different ones from other stores equal price range and all the rest were garbage

This is a home vacuum cleaner. It does take more than 3 passes to clean a carpet that’s been neglected for a little while. But overall I’m pleased with it.

Its a good carpet cleaner No complaints so far Although I would have like better instructions on how much liquid and shampoo would you have to put in each container

It’s solid put together machine… I’ve had many in the past before and they tend to begin to fall apart after a year… This one seems to be thought out before it was built so let’s see how this one works…
