I took it all apart and the little plastic clips holding it on broke. I had bought the service plan this time, so back it goes. I may try the Bissel next time.

When not in use it leaks out any unused liquid. I don’t feel it cleans very well. The only thing I do like is how well it sucks up the liquid you spray down.

Next time i will probably be buying a Bissell carpet cleaner.

Water suction from carpet need to be more strong. Tough stain on the carpet are not disappearing inspite of repeated scrubbing attempt by this cleaner.

I used it once in August and then once today (Oct. 31). The brushes stopped spinning. I cleaned out the brushes and everything suggested online but no go. And now I am passed the return deadline. Beware

In my opinion, it didn't do the job. I also used on cream carpet. It took a few back and forth motions to get the carpet the way I wanted.
