I bought this because I have a new puppy that is still being house broken and she likes the bedroom carpet. It has done an excellent job. Quick and easy. I also like how everything is separated-water, cleaner and waste. Plus easy to clean the brushes!

Still have my first Hoover carpet cleaner over 10 years with still works but the smart wash is a big improvement yes great cleaning but what I like the most is how easy it’s to take out and start using very quickly like they advertise as easy as using a vacuum

Best carpet shampooer I have ever owned. This shampooer does a great job and the features on the shampooer make is very easy to use, fill and clean. I have white carpet in part of my home and this shampooer does a great job of keeping it white.

Wow what an amazing product. Cleaned my whole carpeted living space in 3 hours, carpet looks like new again. The instructions are straight forward and the ease of use is unmatched. Everyone who has carpet should have one of these.

This machine cleans well and is easy to empty and clean. We have several animals and it cleans up nicely. Since the water, detergent and dirty water all have their own compartments it’s really easy to pull out and use without needing to fill and mix portions each time.

This things works great! Got it for a great price during Black Friday. I like the ease of use and how you. An easily pop out the parts for easy clean up. It works great in cleaning my carpet, but I don’t have any bad stains so I can’t give a review on that.

The machine works great and is light weight as well. I've owned bigger more expensive machines and this one works just as well if not better at a fraction of the price!

It auto mixes the cleaning solution to water ratio perfectly so you get the best cleaning results possible every time. Unlike most cleaners you have to mix the water to cleaning solution ratio yourself. And it is very easy to clean.

I purchased this vacuum after a friend said how good it works. I tried and its a great vacuum. It is a cleaner and vacuum in one. Simple to you and it can clean all furniture. Instead of renting a rug doctor. This will do the same job if not better.

One of my first owned carpet cleaner. Always rented ones from homedepot and other places. This one is all around great. No need to measure how much chemical to mix or any of that craziness. Solution goes into one small tank, water into another tank. Plug it in and you are on your way. People say the cord is short but I feel like it's a normal cord like all vacuums, carpet cleaners, etc. The heat drying method when pulled back works great, yes the carpet is still minimally wet, but it cuts down drying time to nothing. You even have the option to just press the drying button to just work on drying the carpet more if you would like. The hose attachment works well and makes small messes on furniture easy to clean up in minutes. All around best purchase.

It was so easy to set up and use. It worked great. Got it because I have a long hair cat that gets sick and normal traffic / dirt. It did an great job!

I use to only buy bissell product, but let me tell you I have now switched! I first started with the pet vacuum from Hoover and then fell in love with the large tank and amazing power and suction it had for suck a small vacuum I decided when I needed a new carpet cleaner to try Hoover as well. I love it!! So easy to clean and use, I love that it really does dry as you are cleaning and that the soap is a smart dispenser. It has a smooth glide and the dry only function is a great addition! This definitely stands up against my pets stains and mishaps, I can not recommend this enough!!

This is a life/ Carpet Saver. This thing is easy to use and works great to pick up accidents with a small child. This cleans up much quicker and a lot better than our spot cleaner.

This the best carpet cleaner I have used. It is light and easy to not only cleans my carpet but it is easy to take apart and clean every component.

Love this Hoover SmartWash carpet cleaner! The unit’s dual brush rows efficiently picked up dirt with minimal effort. Directions were concise and easy to follow. The washer’s compartments are easily removable for rinsing as well.

To be honest wasn't really expecting mind blowing results. But I was very wrong. Even the most dirtiest spots got cleared within just one use so far. Very easy to use. I would definitely recommend.

Great steam cleaner for carpets that gets the deep down dirt out. It dries pretty fast as advertised. Light weight compared to other machines. It has an upholstery cleaning attachment, but have tried yet.

We have carpet throughout our apartment and a small 10 year old dog. I needed something that was heavy enough to eliminate odor and yet be gentle enough for weekly carpet cleaning. It does both. Love the dry only feature as well.

I have high traffic areas in the living room. I was amazed how well they cleaned up with this carpet cleaner. I even had black spots that are no longer there!! Great suction at pulling all the excess water out too.
