works great. gets the dirt out the fist time and dries it pretty good

I am accustomed to another brand but was enticed by the attachment to this one. This definitely gets the carpet much dryer than any others I have used. It is not super loud which is nice. I do wish the cord was a little longer though. It is very fast and easy to assemble no tools required. Overall it is very user friendly. I like that you do not have to mix the shampoo and water since the machine does it. This will save a lot of waste as previously if you mixed it and didn't use it you had to pour it out. It uses much less soap than my other one as well. The hose and accessory have their own storage bag that you can hook on to the machine to keep it all together. The machine seemed to get up my pet stains. As of right now it has been a few days and I do not see them reappearing. It also has the ability to pre-treat stains though I did not need to do it. This machine comes apart easily and thoroughly to be cleaned after using it which allows you to get a lot of gunk out of it. I always vacuum ahead of time but I was kind of grossed out to see how much it pulled it during the shampooing time. I like the ability to not fuss with pulling the trigger to spray solution as it does it on the forward motion. Being able to turn that off and just put it in dry mode allows you to get it pretty darn dry as it has really good suction. The unit is fairly light weight and easy to maneuver. The clean and dirty water tanks are easy to fill and put into place as well as clean when you are finished.

This is the second Hoover Steam cleaner we have owned and it does not disappoint. Intuitive to use and easy to disassemble, which makes cleanup a breeze. The Hoover cleaning solution smells light and fresh, no heavy or overwhelming fragrances like some of the other brands. Highly recommend. Hope it lasts for as many years as our first Hoover!

I'm not a clean freak but if I was I would buy this one. I have a dog and it cleans the rugs and carpets without a hitch. People think I have my rugs cleaned by pro's. I am not a clean freak and maybe vacuum once a week if there is visible dirt, this machine cleans up in world-class style. It's easy to use does a great job.

Love My Hoover- Smartwash Pet Corded Handheld Deep Cleaner.

Our old deep cleaner went out, and we needed on ASAP! We came across this one looking at the Best Buy site. It got pretty good reviews, and we liked that it had a wand to get those hard to reach spots and to spot treat spots. With us having pets this is a god send. It does and excellent job! would highly recommend.

Love this product! First off, the ordering and curbside pickup were a breeze! But the product itself, works well. Is easy to use and as easy to clean. I used to dread shampooing my carpets mostly because of having to clean the machine, but now it’s part of my regular cleaning routine!

Great machine. Does a superb job. Very sturdy. I’ve used it 3 times since I purchased it. I’ve had other carpet cleaners that always seemed to be a pain to clean. This thing comes totally apart and make cleanup very easy. My old cleaner had a single reservoir for clean/dirty water. It was a mess and never seemed clean. This has 2 separate ones, I love that I can clearly see the dirty water level as I’m using it. I didn’t think I’d like not having a trigger to shoot the water/soap but it works really well and I like it a lot better than holding in a trigger. It’s very easy to use. The battery operated spot sprayer I thought was unnecessary but it’s really very convenient. I haven’t used it on the furniture yet but the accessories like the rest of the machine seem very well built and sturdy. Also as an unexpected plus it came with a nice accessory hanger bag. So those parts aren’t just floating around the bottom of a closet somewhere. Glad we spent an extra $20 over another model we were looking at. Great purchase.

So far have cleaned pet messes and kid messes for spills, works fast and leaves no smell behind. The detachable handle is a good for spot treating without having to carry over the whole system. Have 2 dogs and 4 children, use this on floor rugs and carpets.

Easy to use but carpet didn’t smell fresh after cleaning! Used spot cleaner and I didn’t think it worked as good as everyone said! My carpet is only 9 months old and we don’t wear shoes on it but the high traffic area weren’t as good as I expected!

Love this carpet washer. Easy to use. Only issue was it leaves more water in the carpet than I would like. That might be a learning curve for me with a slower pace when retracting water. Recommend.

This is an awesome carpet cleaner. It is easy to use and versatile. My only complaint is that there is no main "handle" to use to carry it but that certainly is not enough of an issue to not purchase this cleaner. It's great!

Excellent carpet cleaner and well worth the money. Very easy to maneuver and provides a deep clean. I recommend this carpet cleaner. The one con would be is that the power cord is not retractable.

Does a great job. Very powerful and pulls the dirt right out of the carpet. Excellent for cleaning up after our puppy who isn't completely house broken yet. Love the drying feature. Very pleased with this purchase!

I love how easy this vacuum is to use. Works wonders on carpets and the handheld is very easy to use on furniture. The rotating brushes work hard and you do need to be careful on some area rugs.

This Hoover carpet cleaner does a great job and has excellent features. Cleaned a dirty carpet beautifully and then with the handheld attachment got tough stains off of two seat cushions.

I was overwhelmed with all the features. But after a while, i loved it. Its a pretty smart shampooing machine that can even clean your sofa. My carpet is always looking and smelling nice

This is the best Hoover I have ever owned. Beautifully designed and easy to use. The machine practically operates itself. The automatic wash/dry feature is a dream come true. Very highly recommended.
