This thing is great for using in the car or on a sofa or chair, but if you are going to be doing carpets, you might want something larger that has wheels. This is good for doing spot clean up though. Comes with some sample sized product to get you started. We have used other brand products in it just fine.

We have pets that occasionally throw up on the carpet. This does a nice job or preventing those stains, and it also works well on the furniture.

If you have dogs that visit and have accidents or get sick, using this is better than cleaning up with paper towels or old rags. You need to clean the unit each time you use it and make sure you let it dry out before putting it away.

very small and versatile unit. we used it for several spots on our carpet in between using my brothers big bulky machine. removed the spots and is super easy to use.

Its fairly easy to use. I do like how it has a hose cleaner function. But it does use alot of water, and not pick it up. Great for a fresh spell, not one that's sat awhile.

Our cats love to leave different stains, spills, and surprises for us all over the house. This makes it easy to quickly clean up any mess and know it is actually clean not just wiped with a wet rag.

Compact design gets the job done. Use it to spot clean carpert (too small to use for entire room). Also use it to clean the upholstery on my couches every 6 months

We've got a good amount of work out of this as we adopted a dog a few months ago. It works great for spot cleaning although I wouldn't recommend trying to do your whole carpet with this.

Love this deep cleaner, truly cleans up all the dirt and urine to remove the smell from accidents. Love how it's handheld and can move so easily. It's a little work but nothing too extreme!

Small carpet cleaner for smaller stains but it gets the job done. Got it because the dog sometimes has an accident here and there. Works well to remove stain

This unit is small but powerful. Works great for quick spill clean up and puppy messes. No issues yet, kinda wish it had heat but not a major issue yet.

I purchased this item for use with frequent accidents occurring with an aging dog. Setup was fairly easy as was use; however this item is limited to work on a small spot area. Another disappointment was that I literally needed to get on my knees to use this item because the item hose does extend and subsequently very short. In summary, I don’t believe I would repurchase this item, simply would prefer a larger coverage area and the short hose.

It has good suction and holds a charge well. It is somewhat bigger than our 20 year old model.

I recommend this product to any one who needs a good steam cleaner!
