I think this carpet cleaner is a good buy. First time I use it the machine did a good job.

Definitely not the best but for the price it works. You have to go over areas a few times in order to get a good cleaning. Also, I suggest going back over with just water in the canister to rinse out additional dirt from your carpet.

It cleans good. The dirt and stained are easily removed.

This is by far the best carpet cleaner we have had over the years. Having 2 dogs who have the occasional 'accident' in the house, this unit performs very well. The best part is that it sucks up all of the water and leaves the carpet completely dry.

I had the previous version of this steam cleaner. It lasted over 20 years and did a very good job. So when it finally broke, I decided to try the new and improved version. Very glad I did. It did a fantastic job of steam cleaning my rugs and the improvements over the original version were great.

Like the machine but you need to be pretty strong to use it.

This carpet cleaner has kept me sane with 2 dogs. Not only does it get the grime and set in stains out but it deodorizes at the same time. I use the resolve pet spray to pre spot and the Hoover Pet Expert cleaning solution in the machine. Great combo

This product is very powerful and versatile. Originally, I had a smaller more maneuverable carpet cleaner for my small apartment but upgraded to this model to meet the greater demands of a small child and to combat the problems of dust and pollen that aggravates allergies.

I have owned Hoover carpet cleaners in the past and have found them to be reliable and do a great job of getting stains and dirt out of the carpet. I like this one because it has some brushes that rotate allowing for better removal of the dirt.
