I love the size of the tank on this shampooer. You don’t have to change it too often. Also does a very good job at cleaning our beige rug that shows up everything! Drys quickly too! Also warranty through the Geek Squad is very reasonable for 4 years. I returned an old shampooer and purchased this one with no problems whatsoever!

I have an older model that I have had for about 10 years. This model is a lot lighter. I finally broke down and replaced my older model because the solution stopped spraying out of the bottom. I’ve been using my older model for several years with tape on the suction tube. (lol) I’m sure the hose cracking is sure to be expected after many years of use and abuse. The tape has been working fine, but when it stopped spraying the solution it was time for a new one. I find this model to be just as good as my older one. It cleans very well and only leaves the floor slightly damp. For those who say it doesn’t suck well and leaves the floor wet, must be rushing. Take your time and do slow strokes and your floor will only be slightly damp and dry completely within an hour.

Doesn’t steam. Have to unload both tanks to empty. Brush head is decent at picking up water, but doesn’t go deep in carpet like a brush bar.

The first time I used it broke down I took it back to best buy and they are no able to replace because the only have 15 day policy return and bring it to a warranty center and still there since last week i don't know for how longer

Piece of junk, stopped working after 1.5 years. We used the hose option and when we went back to the upright the parts would connect back together.

Worked only for few months. I bought it in March and did not last 6 months.

Water comes out on too the carpet. Disappointed...

I was skeptical at first because I wasn’t planning on buying this product. The one I researched wasn’t available anywhere and by time I found it all the sales were over. I bought this one and B.B. offered price match and I purchased a warranty as well so I was still ahead of the game. I got it home and as the instructions say VACUUM FIRST.... then I pretreated my rug and then assembled the cleaner. I am a tenant so it’s important that this do the trick as I have a large dog. The previous tenants had dogs as well and they marked all over the carpet and it was never cleaned properly. Ok down to business: The assembly wasn’t bad at all literally 3 screws on the whole thing. I put it together filled the tank and started. I used Walmart brand carpet solution and that was pretty decent. All in all I was very pleased with the performance. It’s a little difficult to Operate when your back is too close to the wall but it maneuvers very well and it wasn’t too heavy or cumbersome. The suction was really good and as this was my first Hoover carpet cleaner I don’t have a lot to go on but still wear shoes until it’s thoroughly dried. You do need to empty and refill the tanks often but I’m perfectly fine with that as this machine did what I needed it to do. I tried the attachment it’s a little hard to assemble at first and I really don’t have much use for it but it was okay in my opinion. All in all I’m dry pleased with this purchase and as always HOover has not let me down. Attached is a pic of the carpet from when I cleaned. On the left is the clean side and the right(brown side) is the dirty side. Keep in mind I was told the carpet was naturally brown when in actuality it’s cream colored. I guess they thought I didn’t notice where the sofas were. Hahahaha Hope this review helps you out a bit.

had a modest heater, good suction and cleaning tools. the best feature is not to change water after every few cleaning, so i preferred this one against the other i used which needed water change too frequently

It worked awesome my first three times, then by the 5th and 6th time it has stopped sucking the water up. I bought this Sept 27th, hopefully they will allow me to exchange or return it tomorrow. We shall see.
