I thought it has this roller on and off switch but it didn't like the other models I used to have. But it is a decent vacuum and it has good suction.

We have a tamaskan dog, which is an artic type breed that sheds 2 layers of fur like crazy. We had a Dyson before that died on us and just didn't want to spend that kind of money again. This did as good of a job as the Dyson ball for much cheaper. Overall we've had it for 7 months and love it.

Only one carpeted room and some rugs so we didn't need alot of features. Wanted a Hoover. Downsides are it's noisy and the cord gets in the way.

This is really a great vacuum for the price. Compared to other vacuums where we paid a few hundred dollars for, this works every bit as good.

Without a doubt, I will Always purchase Hoover. I had the older version and then purchased this a year ago. I have and will never have any complaints about this vaccum. Yes, take it apart and keep it clean every 3 months or so to keep this wonderful vaccum staying great!

This works very good and cleans very deep, I have a cat and it picks up hair and cat litter very good, a good vacuum for the price.

I was looking for a light vacuum for my store, I got an email with a special price for this vacuum, reading the reviews, I decided to buy it. It was a great decision, it is really powerful and light, I do not have to put too much effort. I just wish it has a longer power cord.

I have used Hoover products for years. I currently have two and still working but could not pass up the great price. Brought 2, one for me and one for my sister. I have 2 dogs and a cat so this vacuum will do the job.

I bought it when it was on Deal of the Day sale for $69 plus tax and I added protection plan, this is very good vaccum, I have one cat, the first time I used I have the plastic tank filled with my cat hair, I love it and highly recommend it

The first one they sent had parts with holes that did not line up at all. We spent an hour trying to get the handle attached to make it work, but finally returned it. The second one had a less severe version of the same issue! After a half hour struggle, and a call to a local sales person, who wanted us to buy a more expensive model, ( A BAIT AND SWITCH ATTEMPT... VERY OFFENSIVE AND LIKELY ILLEGAL!) we took it to the local Best Buy store. There two separate Geek Squad guys struggled with it for half an hour, and finally got it assembled. (Yay! they were nice.) I then contacted customer service on line, and asked that they report the issue that occurred on both the initial purchase and the replacement vacuum, so other customers would not have the same frustration. The fellow said he we send the report up the line. Once we got it assembled, it worked. I do think we should have been offered a further discount for all this trouble... that did not happen.

Good suction. Only complaint is that the vacuum is a bit messy to empty but overall a great buy.

My new Hoover picks up dirt,debris,and dog hair better than any other vacuum I have owned. It does the job just as well if not better than the other high priced expensive brand on the market. Glad I made the purchase.

I really like this vacuum cleaner. I love Hoovers and it is much lighter than the one I have. I also love the fact that it is bagless. They are good products that I have grown fund of and will continue to buy them.

Had vacuumed daughter's carpet with my Kirby when she moved into apartment. Two weeks later she used this vacuum on the same carpet and filled it up with white cat hair. Her cat is black. Does a great job.

Good vacuum have another almost the same but started to make a lot of noise.

This vacuum is absolutely great for pet hair! I got it on sale and got a great deal. The small attachment for pet hair is awesome. I definitely recommend this vacuum for a pet household.

This is my 2nd vacuum in this model. I'm very happy with it. Works well

For the price range and ease of use, this machine cannot be beat. I even have an older model I still use after 12 years. That this comes with a retractable cord is also a huge bonus!

It is a good vacuum but it makes a lot of noise. Overall good.
