This is really good at cleaning. But it's heavy for us.

Great vacuum! Picks up dog hair like a champ from my concrete floors and carpet as well as my couch. A little heavy to carry up/down stairs, but worth the effort for as well as it cleans.

Works like a dream however, when I compared this vaccum to others of te same type it clearly specified that it had a "Rewind Cord" ... when I bought it the cord was the standard wrap cord, ...

we upgraded from the smaller bagless models that was lighter smaller, easy to roll around, issue with those is power of suction, we needed more, so this hoover which in the past have always had good experiences, was really nice, its sleek, has a big head but its powerful in both the floor suction and on the hose, and the hose extends far, it does not drag the vacuum. this model was nice to get a few extra pieces I never had before like dust elbow.

i like the power, no complaints there but it is kinda bulky for tight areas

I wanted a bag-less vacuum that could really tackle pet hair. Per the guide on bestbuy,com I looked for a 12v unit. This is way more powerful than my old vacuum and tends to suck itself to the floor if set on a lower height. Hard to push due to the suction, but wow, it does a great job on pet hair. I wish that it was a bit easier to push, but am very happy with the job that it does.

I have one dog that sheds alot, and this vacuum has done wonderfully at picking up the hair. Wish it had more features, such as retractable cord, but overall a great vacuum for the price.

The vacuum performs very well. It has a good weight about it . It sucks up trash, hair and debris so effortlessly. I only have to run it over the carpet or floor only once in order to remove the debris. This is only the second vacuum that I have purchased since being married for almost 23 years. It’s also very easy to empty the trash and debris from the filter and clean it once a month.

This vacuum could use a sensor that disables the drive motor if the brush roller stops which would prevent the rubber belt from getting a notch wore into ir or it getting worn through.

Easy to assemble and use from the start. This vacuum works well on different types of carpet...and is especially good on pet hair.

It works, its a vacuum. Good for removing my dogs hair from everything. I wish it was a bit lighter though.

Great versatility. I needed something for my shaggy rugs, carpet and hardwood. This works well for all of those areas. I docked 1 star because it is a bit heavy which makes it hard to vacuum my stairs and carry it up and downstairs often (which makes me use it less than initially desired). Certainly not cheaply made and great bang for the buck. Great for cars too

This vacuum does a very good job cleaning. It's a little heavier than I had expected.
