Looked at several vacuum cleaners and this one had the right features at the right price. Was easy to put together. I love how easy it is to empty the canister. A couple of very minor complaints. The plastic handle feels cheap, it doesn't fit tightly and seems like it might come off eventually. Also getting the tools to stay in place is a challenge - shouldn't be so difficult to attach them to the vacuum cleaner when they aren't in use. But it does an excellent job vacuuming that's for sure.

I purchased this vacuum as a replacement for a 10 to 12 year old vacuum. Before I used it for the first time I vacuumed with the old one, then re-vacuumed with the new one. I put two paper towels down on my garage workbench. I emptied the collection container from the old one on one paper towel and from the new vacuum on the other. I was completely amazed at how much larger the pile of junk the new vacuum picked up. I would have expected the new vacuum to pick up more since it is new BUT the pick of junk the new vacuum picked up was at least 3 times larger that what the old vacuum had picked up !

Needed a vacuumed and this one seemed to meet all my needs. Got it home and it exceeded my needs. Completely happy with purchase

So the suction on this vacuum along with the powerful turning of the brush is awesome, and i mean awesome. It's just that when it says great for pets, they leave out a small detail and that is, that is great for short hair pets not long hair pets. Other than having to unclog it every so often.

Great vacuum. Only downfall is getting all the attachments to stay on the vacuum and attachments fall off easily while using.

I have used this vacuum for a year and a half now and it has held up well. I have about 1500 ft.² of carpeted space and a Siberian husky that sheds a tremendous amount about twice a year. I have had no problems at all with broken belts or overheating.

I researched vacuum cleaners and prices. I settled on a Hoover at Best Buy and I am completely satisfied with the performance of the vacuum cleaner and the price I paid at Best Buy.

I’m so pleased with the performance of this vacuum that I went ahead and purchased another one for my finished basement. Only down fall is the onboard tools fall off occasionally.

For an upright windtunnel vacuum this machine has worked better than any other upright I have purchased in the past.

The vacuum does everything it says it does. Easy to use and affordable. This is defined Tely a great buy and I would recommend this vacuum to everyone.

We love this vacuum, we have 5 cats and it works great with every day things and is great for the cat hair that accumulates. Plus it's light weight and all attachments have a spot so they're always close.

Received this as a gift! This vacuum is very powerful, actually makes my carpet look brand new after every use. Would recommend this item to everyone!

Had a expensive vacuum before. After using this one I don't think I would spend the big money anymore. Great vacuum for the price.

Ive had this vacuum about a month and it works great. We are constantly vacumming up after our dog and we had no issue. I only wish it had clearer instructions on how to use the different setting.

It worked well I thought it was a little smaller than it actually is
