The suction power is awesome, it pushes smoothly. The chord is super long, I can plug it into one outlet and get my whole house. I take away one star because the chord is not automatic retractable. Besides that it's fantastic!

I am so happy with this vacuum, it does more than I expected, is very easy to use, very powerful, the attachments are great makes it easier to reach every place in house, I would recommend this to all my friends and family. I would buy this again and again....

Good suction and easy to clean. Just make sure you follow instructions and dont bend filter when u clean it like I did with my vacuum before this. I will say I would buy this again if it were on sale. I got it for $100 off making it a better value.

Powerfully sucks up everything on the floor, carpet or not! The hose and suction in it are the thing you want for all kind of jobs! LOVE this vacuum! Makes it easy to keep your living space clean!

It works great and it moves across high nap carpet with ease. The only problem encountered was that the bottom piece that holds the electric cord broke off the same day we un-boxed it. Not sure if the company will fix it since it has been used several times.

We were looking for a vacuum that would pick up cat hair and easily go from carpet to bare floors. The sales associate recommended this vacuum and it's great. I couldn't believe all the dirt it picked up. My only complaint is that the instructions don't explain the bare floor feature very well and it's slightly heavy to use on stairs.

Pros - Great suction power. Easy to assemble. Cons - I found the power button in a odd spot, by the handle. I'm used to it being a foot operated button. Hose is tough, and not very flexible, making it hard to use sometimes.

This vacuum has great suction, especially through the hose when using attachments. I've used it about a dozen times so far. I had vacuumed for about an hour during one of the times (with small breaks to move furniture and switch to the hose/attachments). I did notice some warmth along the side of the vacuum body, but it didnt get to the point where it was too hot or seemed like anything was burning. I like that you can shut off the brush, and that it stops automatically when the handle is in the full upright position. My carpet is about medium height, but I use the first height setting above bare-floor. The vacuum can be difficult to push, but I got used to it pretty quick. It also seemed a bit heavy first, but again, easy to get used to. The brush leaves more lines on the carpet than my previous one, due to the spacing of bristles on the brush. The base is about 15 inches wide. The brush itself is closer to 13 inches, with about another quarter-inch of suction space on either side of it. The wheels are not plastic like my previous one. (I dont know exactly what they are made of.. something that resembles rubber.) I like this since I dont feel like I'm damaging my hardwood floors when I roll it around. Only a few minor negatives to point out - in some places where I smacked into my white baseboard, the vacuum left faint blue marks on the baseboard. It didn't come off with a wet paper towel, but I havent tried to clean it with anything else yet. Also the handle has a rubbery grip, that already appears a bit worn on the edges. Neither of these affect the performance of the vacuum. Overall this is a well performing vacuum and an excellent value for the price.

Works well on all surfaces, both hard floors and carpet. Great attachments, easy to clean and nice filters.

this vacume is very powerfull but also too heavy and bulcky, needs lots of energy and pushing. i get tired of vacuming son. it vant go under bed or furniture, too large. im sorry that i wasted my money

I like this vacuum, it has good suction, very long cord that does NOT wind up automatically, I prefer it that way. There is a hook to hang it on so you can keep it out of the way. It has a lever that makes the brushes stop, if your on hardwood. It has a hose / carpet lever switch, if you are using for blinds or cleaning hard to get places. The vacuum is also nice and heavy. I would buy this again.

This vaccuum works great on tile and carpet. It's a little chunky, but not too terribly heavy or hard to push. All the attachments are quick to use and put away, emptying is simple, and I habent experienced any problems with it. I have several pets but only have to empty it every few times i vaccuum, rather than every time like my previous unit.

The first one I bought had a canister that wouldn't stay attached to the vacuum. I had to return it. The new one is working fine. It has plenty of suction. I do have to set it to the highest carpet setting to work on my Karastan Plush Carpet. We also like the attachments that come with the vacuum.

Cheaper than some of the others but capable of handling most of the cleaning for the average household.

I purchased this vacuum because I have two dogs that shed a lot. I am very pleased with the power and the nice long attachments that allow for very detailed cleaning around baseboards, etc. Best Buy's price matching guarantee made this purchase even better. I saved money and didn't have to travel around to get the deal. I always buy the additional warranty on my purchases because Best Buy stands behind their products 100%.

I was looking for an inexpensive cordless to use on little messes or dog hair, I am shocked at how good this thing is!! Picks up sand and dirt like it’s nothing and is pretty great with pet hair! The roller brush clicks out and is really easy to clean. 2 power modes for deeper clean and it does a great job on hardwood without the “scatter” problem that about of vacuums have!

This is the second sweeper I've bought to handle two shedding dogs. There is now a stronger hinge for emptying the dirt chamber (it broke on my last sweeper), and there is a foot switch to go from carpet to bare floors. The dial on my former sweeper broke and no longer would stop the brushes for bare floor sweeping. Finally, the new improved version is noisy, but not painfully so. With my last one, I had to buy ear protection to use it.

Performance is great. Takes care of pet hair and the deepest dirt.A little heavy but worth it.
