Customers are saying

Customers enjoy the Split Pad Pro Handheld Controller for Nintendo Switch due to its comfortable design, suitable size for various hand sizes, and high-quality build. Users appreciate the enhanced grip, great feel, lightweight yet sturdy construction, and responsive buttons. However, some customers have expressed concerns about the lack of rumble and vibration features, the inability to use the controller wirelessly, and potential battery drain. While some are not concerned about drift, it is still worth noting.

Controller was good overall. A little to bulky and no rumble made me want to return.

It’s good, only issue is it doesn’t do the vibration when you are playing games.

Feels cheaply made and really big. My son is eight and way to big for his hands.

Too pricey for what you get

The idea is great on paper, but there are too many features missing to constitute the asking price. They only work when connected(no Bluetooth or battery) and can’t wake up the switch. There are no rumble or motion features in the joy pads. There’s also no infrared or NFC(won’t read amibos) functions. The final nail in the coffin is it doesn’t fit flush with the face of the tablet. As a matter of fact, it’s also angled in the back preventing the switch from sitting flush in the dock. The only way I’d feel good about buying this product is if it had a $14.99 MSRP. It’s too bad there are so many shortcomings since the buttons and crossbar control feel great. Go with BinBok’s or NYXI’s joy pads. Not only do they comes with more features, they also cost less than Hori’s controllers.

Split Pro pad has changed the way gaming can be done on Nintendo Switch! Yeah! Bigger paddles lead to better game play. An you do not have to worry about broken joy sticks! What are you waiting on? Get these controllers!

3 weeks in, broken and unreturnable already

Had these for 3 weeks and ive played maybe about 10 hours. The controllers back buttons are both sticking and making a squeaking sound. They also are loose when attached and i have to push them in place at least a dozen times an hour while gaming. They are no longer returnable already. This is the second item in a row that Best Buy has screwed me on. Not shopping here any longer.

These are a game changer if you play your switch in handheld mode. Better control and build quality, more comfortable than original attached Joycons. I would recommend.

The size is awesome for big hand, way more ergonomic that than the original joycons, BUT, got stick drift on the left controller after 45 days :(

Always have had some type of issue with the thumbsticks. But the left thumbstick now a year later has the worst stick drift/sensitivity I have ever seen in a controller.

Not sure if I got a defective item, but upon arrrival, the box looked like it was opened prior. The right console did not work at all so I had to return it. Otherwise, it feels comfortable in hands and would be a great option for hand-held play.

Very upset the right button got jammed and was useless after 2nd day. Its super bulky i thought it was one set the switch slid into but its just the same as two separate controls

Only reason why I gave it two stars is because the front buttons can't be remapped... I love the way the sticks feels and I love how lightweight things controllers are but it kills me that the buttons on the front are on mapable..

For the $60 price tag, you would assume it would last longer than 1 day. Whether it was a defective one, or the lack of packaging and getting thrown onto the bench on my porch by the FedEx guy, something was not right. It was great on day 1, but day 2 it had terrible analog drift to the point it wouldn't let me move unless it was in the direction of the drift.

Simple and feels amazing to use! Way better then joy cons honestly, no drift issues and feels better for long durations of playing
