My L/XL hands would often become uncomfortable playing the Switch in handheld mode, I'd prefer waiting until I could be somewhere to set it up on a table or counter and use my pro controller. But since getting these, now I have played frequently for long periods and my hands feel fine! The back buttons are helpful and I LOVE the Turbo! When you need it, it comes in clutch. It's also surprisingly light despite its appearance, and honestly I'm fine without vibrations, but that's your call.

They don't have batteries! You don't have to charge them! I'm stoked. Charging joycons was a pain. I've had them a few weeks now and they feel good, and they're LIGHT so they don't add to the bulk of the Switch

Absolutely loved the ergonomics of these! Super comfortable to hold for long play sessions and especially great for those with big hands!

Just like the switch one battery dies faster. Controllers are abled to be used as a mouse for certain games.

The Hori Split Pad Pro is an amazing product, for a pretty specific person. If you: -Have large hands -Play your Switch in portable mode a lot -Do not care about the lack of rumble or motion control -Are tired of joystick drift on the original Joy-Cons This is just the thing for you. Amazing build quality and truly feels like a normal controller in your hands. Just make sure you read the product overview so you know what it is and isn't.

I decided to pick these up since my kids decided to steal mine from my switch. I couls have grabbed them back but now they are gross since the kids used them :) I honestly love these more than the original joycons. No drift. Very comfortable in the hands and the way they look is better than my original red joycons (using the red Mario switch). I did quite a bit of research before picking these up and they were highly recommended.

Great product. Way more comfortable to use then the joycons. Bigger joysticks and more responsive. No internal battery so they only work docked to the switch

This was an impulse buy after hearing good things here and there, and I cannot express how much of a game-changer these controllers are. I stopped playing Switch handheld because it caused my hands too much pain to wrap them around those tiny controllers. These babies freed my Switch from its dock and I can comfortably play it on the go again. Best advancement for the Switch since the OLED screen

Best replacement controllers ever. Better than the OG.

Note: these aren't wireless and don't rumble. I knew this going in; what I wanted were better sticks than the Joy-Cons when using my Switch undocked, as well as programmable buttons. For that, this has been great. They feel amazing. If they had rumble, I'd declare them perfect.

I purchased these controllers for my spouse who has difficulty playing with the original size controllers for a long period of time. These larger controllers took her a few hours to get used to, but now they are really working well for her.

It felt weird at first since I was so used to the switch controllers. But its great once you get used to the feeling of how it feels in your hand. The controller have been working great and moving in all directions no longer lags for me. I'd recommend it.

I used about 10 of the most popular switch joycon replacments over the last few weeks and these by far feel the most comfortable.

I finally gave in and bought these and honestly I cannot go back to using anything else while it's un-docked. These controller really are amazing and it will improve your gameplay, no lie.
