Good game. Slow start but better than the first game

Purchased PS4 launch edition for my 15 year old daughter. She absolutely loves it. Better than first game. Graphics are amazing; great playability and functionality. One of the best games action/adventure games ever made.

I've thoroughly enjoyed my time playing Forbidden West. It's improved upon the first game in every way. The graphics are top notch. The machines are more varied, and there are more ways than ever to take them down. I'm still making my way through the story, but have enjoyed the new twists which add even more to the lore. Excited for more.

Completely revamped the skills system adding “equip-able skills”, weapons work the same as far as I remember, and how the focus works has kinda changed, but it’s not bad. The map size looks to be about the same, if not bigger. The PS4 version comes with a free PS5 upgrade so just save yourself the $10 and buy the PS4 version.

It's a beautiful game, but honestly I found it boring. It was exactly the same vibe as part 1. The details are great but get lost in the layers of intricate patterns and layers. At times it's so much that increases the usage and causes funny little glitches. Nothing deal breaking, but you can tell it's having a hard time processing. If you liked or loved the first one, you'll feel the same about this one.

dont waste your money buying the ps5 version if you have one. the ps4 version comes with a free upgrade and you can save yourself $10! As for the game it is visually stunning on the ps5. gameplay is very similar to the first one. i havent been able to play it as much as id like but it is an amazing game!
