Phenomenal!! Period! Endless game play, beautiful graphics, great storyline/characters. Wish there were more games like this, but guess the market is more geared to kids with zero attention span or appreciation of art and talent?

This is how you make a sequel! Not only are the graphics and animations much cleaner than the previosus title which was already exceptional, but this game introduces plenty more mechanics and entertaining quests to keep things interesting. Beautiful world design, music, etc. Highly recommend!

I really enjoyed this game and the plot. The updated graphics are a huge plus and swimming in the game is an awesome and fun addition. The only thing keeping me from giving it five stars are the multiple bugs ive experienced (monsters getting stuck in the environment, monsters health levels randonly reseting for no reason). Hopefully these issues get resolved with updates.

I bought the physical PS4 addition as it would save me a bit of money to the PS5 version. Running on PS5 the game looks heavily detailed and beautiful. The story and gameplay are fun and engaging.

I love the Horizon series. Completed Zero Dawn, having a ton of fun working through this one. Beautiful world, just a lot of fun to explore. Combat is fluid, really cool.

Loved this game just like the first game. The world is bigger and voice acting is top notch. I enjoy the strategy of taking down enemies. The story is great and good length. I felt i got my money worth.

I had just finished playing HZD again to keep up my Aloy skills in preparation for this. Alas, some of her abilities, how the Focus works, etc have changed so I'm having to get used to this along with the new menus/machines/skills/weapons. Also, there are SOOOOO many settings options and I don't know what some of them do exactly. Maybe I'll just go back to default settings to see if it's closer to the HZD HUD? I'm only a few main quests in, but so far the visuals are stunning. I haven't been fortunate enough to find a PS5 yet and I feel this was really designed for that. Had a minor issue after inserting the play disc where the main PS4 screen widgets kept shrinking/expanding repeatedly for several minutes like it was stuck in a loop, but it resolved itself eventually and finished the install. Having just played HZD again, the lag time during quick saves and some other things is noticeable, but it's such a great game otherwise, I'm just glad it plays on the PS4.

love the story and graphics. wasnt dissapointed, i just wish there were a little bit more creative on mashines,just felt they were all the same. Playing with ps5 controller feels awsome in hand

Pretty great so far. A few minor bugs, including one in the first hour of the game that required a restart. Visuals are superb and the refinements to many of the playing mechanics are welcome.

An improvement in many regards over the first game, and definitely worth playing if you liked the first game. The story is better than the vast majority of video game stories, but kind of so so in general. The open world aspects border on overly tedious, but the overall gameplay is very very solid.

This game is absolutely amazing! Everything they delivered in the first game now is bigger and better. A really good adventure/action game. If you have played the first one you must play this one.

Amazing sequel to one of my favorite games of all time.

So far an excellent game. Beautiful graphics on PS5. Story is engaging as the first. Gameplay is smooth and intuitive. Only have about 10 hours in, but so much more to explore.

Great game. Too much of the game is locked behind things you don't get until late in the game, but other than that it's on par with the first one.

I'm been eagerly waiting to get my hands on Horizon Forbidden West and it did not disappoint. The graphics are gorgeous and the story is just as good as Horizon Zero Dawn.

This game is a great sequel to the first one. I don't have a lot of time to play video games, but this was a great investment.
