Great DLC/expansion to one of the best games in decades. I'm a long (long) time PC gamer and aficionado of action RPGs (Fallout series, Mass Effect sans Andromeda) but my adult son turned me on to this PS4 title over the holidays--brought the PS4 all the way from Singapore, where he lives, to have me play it. Ended up obsessively completing one play-through of the base game and immediately bought Frozen Wilds for a little icing on a 2nd completionist run-through. Frozen Wilds further fleshes out the backstory a bit while adding some interesting new locales, items and critters to defeat--not a must-have but definitely a worthy addition to one of the best games ever (yeah really.)

If you're like me and enjoyed Horizon zero Dawn, then it's a no-brainer to download Frozen wilds. Just wish it was bigger and longer.

If you like shooting bows and arrows at robots, try it in the snow. Fun times.

This game left me wanting more and I couldn't wait to buy the DLC and play more of the game. The added difficulty is well worth it once you beat the main game and you want tougher enemies.
