    Ordered in November & it’s the middle of January & the package is still delayed. Best Buy shouldn’t be selling packages that the don’t have on hand. It should have been a Christmas gift & didn’t even make it in time for my son’s birthday in January. Extremely poor business practices. When you try to cancel the order the text for an hour until your tired of it & end the thread. I will be ending a long relationship with Best Buy for these issues. Horrible!!
