    A lot more challenging of a racer than a “Hot Wheels” game would imply. Tracks are fun and engaging, and the online works well with only minor hiccups with player created tracks sometimes not working 100% as intended. My only gripe comes from the way you acquire cars. You can’t save up in-game currency and buy a specific car outright. You have to buy blind boxes and hope you don’t end up with a duplicate of the same slow bus you’ve unboxed 4 times prior. A really unfortunate mark on what is otherwise, one of the best racers I’ve played in a while and what might be the best on PS5 at the time of release in 2021.

    Fun immersive game. Hot wheel lovers will enjoy many of the different cars in the HWs collection. Don't need to be a fan of HWs to enjoy this great game, split screen and online races will keep this game fresh for a long time.
