I have been searching for a pressure washer to purchase for the past year or so and have never made the purchase due to the size of the component and the lack of storage in my garage. When I found out about the HOTO pressure washer, I was immediately drawn to the aesthetics of the device and the fact it would not take up much space. It is easy to set up and works perfect for cleaning around my home.

If only it came with a charger. Key Specs say it will charge in 4 minutes. I have been charging it from 50% for over an hour and it isn’t fully charged yet. It’s a whole lot easier to use than messing with a hose and power cord. I worked on a couple of sections of my siding and was still above 50% power. Again if it came with a charger that could charge it in 15 ~ 30 minutes it would easily be a “5”. My only concern now is getting another battery either as a spare or a couple of years down the road if this one fails.

There’s nothing worse than waiting almost 10 days for your product - super excited to use it , for it to not work once received. The battery will not hold a charge period. Upon unboxing, I immediately began charging the battery.. the indicator lights show that it has 3 out of 4 lights lit and the 4th light flashing . According to the instructions this means it has 75% battery. At 75% there should be at least some level of operation, but the machine does not turn on at all . There is a button on the battery itself that, once pressed, should show the battery life; but in my case, Only When the battery is plugged in to power are the indicator lights visible. Ive tried charging the battery for a few hours thinking that maybe all 4 lights need to be illuminated before the product will work, but the battery continues to have three lights lit with the fourth still blinking. I could easily return this product, but I waited so long and I would rather have a new item express shipped for this inconvenience. Until resolved i give this 1 star.

The convenience of having to wash your car at home is great, as well as the recharging battery. Also because it is a type C is awesome.
