Posted .Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. If food isn't being heated very well, it may be because of the placement. Place larger, thicker pieces toward the outside of the container and smaller, thinner pieces toward the center. Single items should be placed in the center. If you're heating several items, place them in a circular arrangement around the center. Made for small dinners, lunch and even dinner for a large number of guests. Used by all my familly from young to old. And the popcorn is lgreat???
