Purchase and delivery were quick and easy, and the dishwasher is working just how I hoped. Good size and efficient. It was a good price for the product.

Was just installed by best buy and I'm not sure if it wasn't installed right or it's defective but the tenant at our rental said it's leaking water everywhere. I bought it less than a month ago.

This was the perfect purchase for my mom. It's a basic dishwasher that seems to work just fine.

Thusly it has been a great dishwasher for us, no issues! I enjoy the quietness of this machine as well!

I am genuinely surprised this washer gets such good reviews. Had I known what a steaming pile I was buying, I would have opted to pay the money to have the motor replaced in my old washer. By comparison, this one is cheap in quality and construction. 1) I have already had two mechanical failures in less than three months. First the top sprayer fell off. This I repaired myself. Then the stop/start button failed so I am stuck without a dishwasher until the repair people come. 2) The layout of racks is just wonky. They don't fit any of the glasses properly and I can't neatly fit two rows of dishes in like I could with my old washer. 3) There is no side sprayer. Only top and bottom. 4) The lower rack falls off way guide too easily. 5) When the cycle is done, the washer annoyingly beeps three times in a row.....and then it beeps again three times in a row....and in case you didn't hear the first two....it beeps a third time three times in a row. There's no way to turn off this "feature" and why in the world it has been added to a washer advertised for its quiet operation is beyond me. While I still load the dishwasher before going to bed I now run it the next morning because getting woken up 2.5 hours later by this mechanical sadist isn't my idea of a good time. 6) The filter gets mucked up an absurd amount when compared to my old washer and is far more difficult to clean. When running it is pretty quite and does do a respectable job of cleaning dishes. These points are what saved it from getting only one star. Unless you find this machine for less than 500 bucks, I would avoid it. Even then, I would think twice.

It does the job better than a broken one. Ok budget brand dishwasher.

It's a basic dishwasher with enough options for most circumstances.

order this on 07-26-2020 was told would be Aug 13th for pickup waited no communication around it gonna take longer. Tried to call the store to get a status and even that seemed like was designed to not incovienance the store with issues. Shouldnt it be the other way around for the customer? Then after all that talked to a person and they said ok its now changed to the 18th. Which then I finally got an email stating there was a delay and that if the store hasn't recieved the item by the 20th they were gonna cancel my order. Which ended up getting canceled. Not to mention when I bought the dishwasher a install kit was jusg added on to my purchase for an extra 29.99 that wasn't even discussed with me at all. I get the covid 19 issues and thats its global and its hard to get these things in but all it takes is communication on the front side to let your customers know the origional date may not be accurate due to the pandemic and this would be a completely different survey

Dishwasher did drain when installed then I put dishes in and wouldn't automatic drain had to manually do it

This is a decent dishwasher for the price. Won’t clean that well though if you don’t rince them before.

For the price it will get the job done. However, it take 2hrs to wash one load of dishes. The item wasn't wrapped properly for pick or shipping. Meaning there was no barrier to protect from movjng damages it was just in a box that was half open at the bottom.

This was a reasonably priced dishwasher but needed additional wiring to hookup.
