It is quite inconvenient and I would choose differently now that I realize this. The interior and burner designs are good. The overall design is attractive. It would not have added much expense to add a time/temp display.

It is nice and roomy for multiple dishes and it is easily to clean. You do not need to spray it down with a lot of harsh chemicals! Some good o’ soap and water will do just fine.
