It has lasted one year and started bowing at the middle. It can no longer operate safely. I'm glad I bought the 2year extended warranty. Other than that, I would have given it a 5* rating.

Christmas let down. Avoid this brand.

Like others have said, will not charge, will not power on, just a dud. Bought as a Christmas present and obviously it's a major let down. Good thing this present was not advertised to the kids as coming from Santa, or else there would be A LOT of explaining to do.

No issues since we have had it which is about a yr now. The battery life is pretty good. My 12yr has never had to get off because it died on him.
