This is not a review of the product itself since I returned it as it was sold as new but it was clearly used. Could not imagine that Best Buy would allow this product to be sold when it was a return with obvious signs of having been used. Very disappointing and not something that I would expect from Best Buy!

Hoverboard doesn’t work good with the Hoverboard go kart need to take off the go kart part to be available to stop the hoverboard

I gave my rating because it promoted one thing which was why i purchased and it didn't come with the one feature i really wanted.

Had for 3 months and ised only a handful of times. Battery will not gold a charge

charged battery for over 24 hours it ran for less than 10 minutes before the battery died

Not the best but its ok ..battery dies out pretty fast got it on sale for a good price

Absolute trash product with a trash warranty. Best Buy shouldn’t allow products like this, I bought it at clearance from Best Buy and it’s not covered due to it being on clearance. LAST TIME ORDERING ANYTHING ONLINE FROM BESTBUY!

Hover-1 died within 6 weeks of purchase. This is the 2nd Hover-1 we bought and the 1st one died within 4 weeks of purchase. Obviously very poorly designed and manufactured. Best Buy should drop this product as it is not reliable.

It's fun to ride and it's also in my favorite color black. I don't have any issues with it at all

Hoverboard stopped working on the 15th day and BestBuy said they couldn’t exchange it for another one.

The gyroscope is not good. Quite unstable. I had a gotrax ecofly for 3 years and it was so smooth and felt safe. This hover is definitely not for kids. I returned it.

Did not operate properly less than 60 days of ownership. Best Buy did not provide customer service, not even a guft card to buy a better hiwerviard when i teied to return the faulty howerboard.

It is okay for my sons first one but the battery does not hold a good charge . After 20 mins its beeping to be charged again. Even after charging for 5 hours based off instructions its still does not hold a good charge . I will be returning for another brand

I bought one for Xmas for my 8yr old and it's broken 3 times. I've replaced it 3 times each time it breaks in the middle. I am returning and no longer replacing. My son absolutely love it but it doesn't last.

This was bought as a Christmas present for my daughter and I even bought the buggy attachment for it. A different brand had been bought by my wife for my stepdaughter and they were both placed on their chargers. This one never charged although the indicator on the charging pack showed green which the instructions states means its charged. The battery remained flashing yellow if attempted tp power on while plugged in. Won't do anything of not plugged. The lights will flash once when plugging it in then the battery indicator shows yellow

This is a good product for kids and considering the price point is a solid buy. The top speed is 7 miles an hour and it supposedly has a range of 3 miles. We took it out of the box and plugged in the charger. No assembly was required. The LED light are located in the front and it looks cool but we never used it per se as my daughter have been using it only during the daytime. The charging takes a long time. And it probably holds charge for over 2 hours if less weight is put on it. So if you have a light weight kiddo then the battery performance will be much better. OK— the getting used to part was easy. It took under 10 minutes for my daughter to get used the motion. It is all about your center of gravity and once you master the positions and the leaning back and forward and left and right, it should be very easy. So we took a walk around the neighborhood and it was fun. I wish we had got this in summer as the cold Fall weather was not a good companion. The foot rest is comfortable according to my daughter and the top speed of 7 miles can seem quite fast initially as the system is very close to the ground. One caveat: make sure you are on smooth ground as cracks and bumps may hinder your progress. While we did not need calibration at first, we did need to re-calibrate it once my daughter experimentally drove it over a fairly large bump. Recommended, specially at this price.

Got it for my daughter works well so far doesnt take forever to charge

Ordered 3 of these for Christmas one went out after a month so I had to order a new one. The other 2 are still going.
