They both direct me to customer pickup. The lady at pickup was really friendly and she also had a big smile. I live 30 minutes from this location and I prefer to take the longer drive for better service.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Purchased this as a holiday gift at the end of november. was enjoyed by grandkids until about the end of march when it stopped working . The battery would no longer charge even thought the light indicated charging. I contacted the manufacturer who would not help because it was beyond 90 days. Well it was a holiday gift so it didnt start getting used until end of december . At this price point, the product should operate for well over the 3 months that it lasted. Very disappointed.

She uses it mostly every day and battery life is decent and easy to charge. I would purchase again! Specially when on sale. Best Buy had the best deal out there.

They have a blast driving it around. The only downfall on this hoverboard is that it has no Bluetooth to be able to listen to music like other hoverboards.

It made a squeaky noise straight out of the box and it is very underpowered. If it was not poorly made I would recommend for little kids but i weight 115 and it was working with me on it. It is so underpowered that it would not make it onto a carpet without run up. I guess you get what you pay for.
