I bought as a gift for Christmas for my grandchildren, far as what they said to me they love it it moves smoothly but not when sidewalks are not in best of shape .

Ordering online was easy, & the pick-up was quick. My item was exactly as described!

The product looked good, but didn’t charge. The actual charging cord was green 100% of the time but the actual hover board did not charge at all. Went and took it to customer service and they said it’s probably a bad battery. Worst thing is- we bought 2 of these for our twins for Christmas, and BOTH of them had the same problem. ALSO- when we unboxed, smelled TERRIBLY of cigarette smoke. Yuck’ don’t waste your money!!

Works good. Holds a decent charge. The kids enjoy it and it helps teach balance.

It’s nice, fun and quiet which I like. However, my daughter didn’t like the fact that it has no bluetooth capabilities, so you can’t connect your music to it.

Good for the price hard for a little kid to use but supported the weight

The hoverboard works fine however when I opened it, the box and the actual hoverboard reeked of cigarette smoke. Still a month later, when the hoverboard is in an enclosed room and you open the door, you are hit with the smell of cigarettes.

It is a Wonderful product. My kid loves it. Practices on it day in day out.

We got the Hover-1 Blast for my son for Christmas. He loved it for a little over two weeks, and then the charging prong separated from the rest of the charger. I didn't think that should have happened after such a short time, so I submitted a ticket on Hover-1 's website in hopes that the company would jump at the chance to send a new charger and show that not all of their products are that flimsy. Honestly, even if they had replied saying they wouldn't replace the charger, I wouldn't have been thrilled, but at least I would have had some type of acknowledgement and could have planned how to move forward. Other than the auto-reply saying they received my ticket, I have heard absolutely nothing from them for almost a month. In that time, I've called their customer service line twice and both times received the recording, "Due to high demand, no live representative is available to take your call." I've also emailed [email protected], which only resulted in the same "your ticket has been received " auto-reply. I was going to title this review "Terrible customer service," but that would be incorrect. "Nonexistent customer service" would be more accurate. If your Hover-1 product works perfectly for the duration of the warranty period, then great, but if it doesn't, good luck getting any kind of recourse.

My children absolutely love this product. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone.
