The purchasing and pick up process was good, but the quality of the hoverboard is lacking.

We got this for our granddaughter for her 10th birthday. She’s wanted one for a really ling time. I read some of the reviews and that sold me on this particular hoverboard. I know that she’s going to love it!

Battery doesn’t last long and the first day I didn’t charge long even it last for 1 hour

We charged the board before using it. It worked for 2 hours, we charged it again and it never turned back on.

Smooth ride for 1 hour. Then the screws fell out of the bottom. All the screws on the bottom are screwed into plastic, including the weight-bearing center of the board. The screw hole stripped, the screws fell out, and there's no way to fix it. I bought two, one for each of my kids. Max weight on these hoverboards is 160 lbs. My kids weigh 55lbs and 65 lbs. They used the hoverboards at slow speeds on level cement in our backyard. I was with them the entire hour and can attest there was no harsh usage or abuse to the units. The screws literally just started falling out of the bottom. Plastc left in the threading of the screw shows they stripped right out. Terrible design. Not worth one hour of use.

Great fun; it took my six-year old grandson about 20 minutes to feel most comfortable with the “machine.” He now danced to music while riding.

kids loved it at first but started having operational problems within a week of use (only using it for about 30 minutes per day. Now when they lean forward it goes to far and scrapes the floor, causing it to shutter

It was a Christmas present for a kid on a trip. The board was dead on opening the box, after 48 hours of charging it never powered up. Huge disappointment!

I gave this to my grandson for Christmas and it is already not working properly. They told my daughter they needed a receipt which I didn’t get. So I’m not happy with the purchase at the moment

Bought it for my 9 year old son for Christmas. The first time he tried to ride it, it scraped the bottom on the sidewalk. One side scraped more than the other, which I thought was odd that riding it on a flat surface would damage the product so much (He weights 78lbs. which is much lower than the 200lb. limit). He rode it a few feet before we heard a loud snap. I opened the bottom of the board and found the bracket that connects the two sides had zero screws set in it. Obviously it wasn't assembled properly and now it's broken.

I viewed item online it said pickup in 1 hr I was 5 minutes from Bestbuy. I entered store ask associate about said item. The first man said it would be in middle isle I looked didn't find. Jendie the 2nd associate said we're probably out. The 1st associate looked up item said 3 available in store so Jendie proceeded to look and found none. The store website should definitely be updated to inventory available. I understand how quickly things sell out of stock however your inventory obviously isn't accurate

The customer service was absolutely disgusting. I Brought this hover board for my son for Christmas from the Best buy in Knightdale. They ended up refunding my entire purchase because the purchase,Upon bringing the item back after Christmas day because it did not work. Well because the item was purchased online I had to re-pay for the item and was told that my money that was refunded from the item would be back on my card in 3 to 5 business days THE DAY AFTER CHRISTMAS!!

Would not hold a charge. Tried charging this for many hours and would not hold a charge

Fun toy. My kids love to ride on this thing. Can be used outdoors as well

Only ad it for two weeks, and if had battery issues

went to pick up when recovery email that it was ready they took forever made me wait an hour they couldn’t find my box

Dead on arrival(DOA). Return process was meh at best. I wasnt offered a replacement just given a refund by a rep who really didn't inform me of anything she was doing and had no idea what DOA meant. The rep told to buy it again when it wasnt on sale at a higher price. I shopped elswhere and got a cheaper working board the 1st time. Not worth the hassle. Buy a better one on amazon.
