The first one was supposed to be brand new but was obviously a refurbished one. It was packaged weird. My granddaughter rode it for less than than 15 minutes in her home when the front trim piece fell off. I returned it with no issue. The 2nd one seems to be working out.

Dead battery on first charge

Definitely a bad QC from factory.

It will not charge up. We have done everything to charge and it will not charge up at all
