  • HOVER-1 BATTERY MAINTENANCE Do not leave batteries unused for extended periods of time. Lithium-ion batteries self-discharge when not in use, and the product is stored. Store batteries inside in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep the battery to around 60% to 80% capacity before storing the product or the battery. Charge the battery to approximately 70% at least once every six months. If the product comes with a user removable battery, remove the battery, and store it separately. It is recommended to store the battery between 41 *F and 77 F (5 C and 25 C). Follow proper charging instructions for your product as detailed in the manual. Do not leave the battery on charge for extended periods of time after it's done charging. Dropping your batteries can damage the circuitry inside and can cause the battery to malfunction. Inspect the battery carefully before use.

    I buy this hover on Christmas. My son use it for a couples minutes in 2 ocassion and then stop working is not even turning on! I write to the warranty department and they took a week to respond and also they says needs to calibrate. The hover is not even turning On so they says they need a video of us doing the calibration and to proof is not working.

    My kids LOVE the hoverboard. Learning curve was minimal compared to what I was expecting. It is rechargable. Very fun toy ans easy to set up! Arrived quickly too!

    I purchased the Hover-1 Dash Kids Hoverboard (Black) on December 28, 2024. My family went on vacation the next day and returned in mid-January 2025. After just two days of use, the charger broke. By the time I realized the issue, the 15-day return window at Best Buy had passed, and they do not sell replacement chargers. I then contacted the manufacturer, Hover-1, only to be told that they do not sell chargers separately for this model. Now, I have a brand-new hoverboard that is completely useless, and I lost $100 with no support from the manufacturer. Buyer beware—if your charger fails, there is no way to replace it!

    This is the worst purchase ever. I bought this for my daughters birthday . And she loved it and rode it very carefully around the house. She actually never once brought it outside. And guess what? Day 16 it completely goes broke! It keeps going in circles and wont work any longer. No wonder best buy has a 15 day return policy! Now im forced to trash it!!!
