Thrash save your money had it for one month and it broke cheap quality

I got this as a gift for my nephew and he abolutely loves it. He rides it so much and it can grow with him. Currently, he has just surpassed me at 5'10" and it is still a good fit for him.

battery only lasted about 97 days. manufacturing warranty is 90 day. after purchase, ended up replacing oem battery with 2 Milwaukee m18 batteries and works better than before. wouldn't buy again tbh

We have had this scooter for less then 6 months and it already isn’t working. It’s fully charged and it won’t turn on and the warranty is only good for 90 days so that won’t be of any use to me.

I had issues with this scooter since the beginning. I purchased this for my son un April of 2022. 1. The accelarator would stick down cause to go flyong when trying to stop. 2. The tires wore down quick and started to brake apart. 3. The small screws holding the handle bar dropped out while my son was riding causing him to crash. 4. The final... on a full charge the scooter went dead within a few minutes of riding. This was a total waste of money!

Bought this for my daughter to get around her college campus. She lived it and it charged great until it didn’t. I went to Best Buy to ask them what we could do and they gave me a print out of my receipt that had all our purchase information on it along with the customer service number of the company the scooter is from. I contacted the customer service and they were very helpful on trying to trouble shoot and very easy to have a new one sent to replace hers. All through email, very easy and great customer service.

I bought a Hover 1 - Highlander November 2022 for my Husband's birthday, and today (not even a year) my husband was able to go out and use it to get lunch, going back to the office it stops working!

I bought this as a Christmas present for my son last year. Sadly, the scooter will no longer turn on. Less than a year old. Very disappointing.

I loved it and wrecked it and broke my arm summer 2022. I sold it to my sister in law and she still loves it over a year later. Worth every penny.

Less than 6 months after light use, the battery would not charge, or the electric connections were not working. I reached out to BestBuy, and they advised that the product is covered for a year by the manufacturer. When I reached the manufacturer through their online portal, they advised that this product comes with only 90 days warranty and they cannot help. I asked them if they had any certified or recommended product service contractors whom I would be happy to pay out of pocket, but they had none. Overall, a disappointment and waste of money for a nice-looking e-Scooter that does not deliver, and the warranty is week (90 days). Would not trust Hover-1 for electric scooters or devices in the future.

nice to use to get to work, seems like it might be slowing down overall or losing a little bit power, at least when going uphill, but not by much if at all- I am riding it almost every day for at least an hour and it seems to be good otherwise. the speaker is a little lackluster but I bought it to have a good ride not to have superior audio quality so that's okay. can definitely hear the music over the scooter it's just not particularly crisp, but again, the scooter itself is fine and I'm not super concerned about the speaker specifications

Fun. Like the power options. Only issue is that the accelerator sticks occasionally on my sons. That's a pretty hefty safety concern. Or else I'd probably rate this at 5 stars.

Love this item and the style and feature were really good, but it stopped charging and now my nephew cannot ride it. He really enjoyed riding it throughout the neighborhood

When we first bought this scooter, my daughter was excited. Do not was your money on this scooter. If you do you better buy the extended warranty. My daughter's scooter is dead. It will not power on at all. It just died on her. We bought this in July of 2022 after 6 months it no longer a working item. There is a reason why the manufacture only gives you a 90 day warranty. Hoover will not do anything for you. They should be selling this for $50 instead of $300.

Way under powered and no suspension. Would be a great starter scooter, but for a consistent and quick commute I would t recommend. The overall distance per charge is terrible. Even with a full charge I could barely make it to work. I would have to bring my charger to work and charge while at work just to get back home. Top speed was about 12 MPH which seems like it is quick, but only last for about 40 minutes. You can’t go up inclines more than 10 degrees either.
