The part that broke off was in the brakes area and for safety reasons, it was best to return it for full refund. Going to look out for another one and hope the same problem doesn't occur.

They definitely get you were you need to go. Too bad Best Buy doesn’t keep them fully in stock I have many people asking where I got my scooters from. ❤️. I do tell them we’re I purchase them from. Again you guys need to keep them in stock

Mislined slots for bolts

I ride mine around campus, it helps me get from one class to another. I also really like the speed options! Light weight compared to other E-Scooters, 10/10 recommended!
