heats up fast

It take only 15 minutes or less and the alarm goes off wanting to cool down. He is not happy with constantly having to get off let it cool to ride again.

Power cord broken, 3 months after I bought it

Falling apart

Quit working after 3mo!

If you would have asked me 2 months ago I would have told you this was great. Today though it decided to stop working and not just stop working, it is screaming at us and I can't get it to stop! Hover-1's website is so difficult to navigate as well. Couldn't find a phone number through it or by calling Best Buy. Finally found where I can submit a ticket. If they help us I will change my review but for now..

Warranty Contact

I am website savvy and could not locate any way to contact this company. Purchased this product and 2 days later the frame cracked with a 7 year old riding it. Returned it and got another one. Two weeks later the battery charger is broke. Such a joke! Now I cant find a way to contact them.
