    I cannot even express all of my frustrations. If you would have asked me 2 months ago I would have told you this was great. Today though it decided to stop working and not just stop working, it is screaming at us and I can't get it to stop! Hover-1's website is so difficult to navigate as well. Couldn't find a phone number through it or by calling Best Buy. Finally found where I can submit a ticket. If they help us I will change my review but for now..

    The website states to go to the "service center" at hover-1.com. GOOD LUCK. I am website savvy and could not locate any way to contact this company. Purchased this product and 2 days later the frame cracked with a 7 year old riding it. Returned it and got another one. Two weeks later the battery charger is broke. Such a joke! Now I cant find a way to contact them.

    I purchased the hover board the 25th of November 2018 this is February 18, 2019 it barely runs it’s hard to ride it won’t respond correctly it won’t stay on the mode that you set it on it is just falling apart
