He never had a chance to ride it outside bc it was too cold. He unplugged it after charging it, and the riding light kept flashing red and the board kept being. Exchanged it for the next model up

She opened it up on Christmas and rides it about 3 times per week. On January 30, 2022 it stopped working properly.
