Great ride! Brought this for my daughters birthday! She really likes that the colors change and it is bluetooth so you can play music on it. Very cool features. Price was right so that helped.

Bought 2 and had to exchange both for defective reasons. One just broke in half and the other stopped working. All within a week of purchasing.

Not bad. I got it for a sale around Christmas time. I did have to get it replaced for some other reason, but it was quick and easy.

I absolutely loves this. The Bluetooth connection to make it a kart is my favorite - the charge keeps going - a solid, reliable battery nonetheless. Great product overall and provides a lot of fun.

Bought this for my son and he absolutely loves it. The battery life is about double from the one our daughter has that is a different brand. Music sounds decent when played through Bluetooth on it.

Best Christmas present for this year. My 9 yr old loves his hover board. Seems to be a better quality board than his sisters we purchased last year off Amazon and didn’t pay much more for this new one.

Geek Squad at this location is awesome no hesitation(damaged return,reorder) and out the door in a matter of minutes. And let me tell you something else when you purchase the protection plan there’s no questions ask or haggling they take care of it asap

I bought three of these hoverboards for three of my kids as a Christmas gift. Ages 5, 7 and 9. Kids really excited open them up and two of my kids are on them, happy and having fun riding their hoverboard however my third kid’s hoverboard plastic snappec as soon as he got on it. He weights 120lbs, these hoverboards are tated for up to 220lbs. So needless to say my kid was sad and could not ride along with his brothers. Returned it to bestbuy, no issue retirning it. Next day one of the remaing two hoverboards started acting up and the wheels would spin as soon as the hoverboard was turned on. Tried resetting it and troubleshooting it and the issue continued. Deciced to returned the second one. The remaining hoverboard has been working as of this review however the integrated speaker that comes with it sounds like it’s blown or something but it doesn’t interfere with the riding. Ended up purchasing two different hoverboards from different vendors and yhey seem to be good. I wouldn’t recommend this brand.
