Giving it 4 cause the 1st one i bought broke the same day . But over all the replacement works perfect. Its fast and the lights are awsome.

Hi this has been by far the best one yet I owned 3 others around same price still have them . But I just use this one. I'm 230 pounds and get it to go around 11.7mph for low coast hoover board can't beet that. Not recommended for younger than 12 as my son has a harder time then I do at this one he prefers to use a razor

You can enjoy the music in the speaker, is easy to pair, you can ride and fell the speed, is very fun to have this

Very cool! Well worth the DotD price! Our granddaughter loves it and the twin boys lay on it and go around. Hopefully the battery will last and she doesn't fall off again and need stitches! Be ready for that! Added the seat so it's like a go kart, fast and maneuverable too!

Love the speed, kids enjoy the Bluetooth and it rides in the grass without any problems. Only problem is the top has a jelly material that collects hair, dirt and anything in the air so if dirty bothers you then it will be something to consider.

My daughter loves it and it goes faster than some of the other ones. Only thing is that it doesn’t fit with her go kart thingy… lights up pretty cool, too!!

This is the second one we had to return because the first one broke in half in the center we bought this for my 13 year olds birthday and he only rode it the hallway in our house for about 2 hours total time he had it 24 hours and it broke in half the second one we unboxed it and he rode in hallway for 10 minutes and it broke now I'm waiting 7 days to get the money back on my debit card because they don't care enough to give me cash back so my son is on hold because they sold me a defective product twice .Wow Bestbuy did my son wrong .I never had problems before with anything for the last 20 years I've bought from this place but I guess I will not be buying anything at Bestbuy anymore .Amazon has better support and products it seems this suck beware

The design is absolutely cool. The lights and colors scream adventure, excitement, and the Hoverboard Ranger delivers. First, the setup. There really isn't anything to do to have a working board other than plugging in the charger and connecting the cable into the easily accessible charger port. The charger has a red and a green light. Red simply reveals charging underway, green reveals charging complete (3 to 5 hours my experience). The operating manual provides a QR code and in a minute the Hoverboard app is loaded on your smartphone. You can now play music via the bluetooth pairing ( 1 minute) and built in speakers on the board. The speakers also provide board status info when turning on/off etc. Though the board is ready to go once charged by simply pushing the on/off button, I calibrated the board to make sure all sensors were functioning. That was achieved by holding the power on button for 15 seconds, then letting go, then turn the board off with another push, and then back on again. The board functioned beautifully, though the initial 2 to 3 minutes were learning to trust the boards sensors. They instantly reacted to every movement, no matter how slight. Stepping on the board and off the board was mastered very quickly. Learning how much to lean forward and to return to upright was mastered quickly. Those motions propelled the board in a controlled fashion with speed increasing or decreasing accordingly. Turning was very straightforward with a slight weight shift to either side. Turning in a circle was eezee peezy. The only difficulties were on rough terrain, pavement bumps. You have to be extremely cautious and keep speed down or you can easily be separated from the board. The operating manual stresses safety, and rightly so. I wore a helmet and gloves. Though I did come off the board when it hit some gravel, I never fell as my reflexes and balance protected me; however, I definitely agree with all the safety recommendations in the operating manual. If the board wasn't so difficult to control on uneven surfaces, and had a longer warranty (90 days), I would rate it 5 stars.
