Can't believe bestbuy selling this item as new when clearly misleading customers. Box was already opened with the original seal removed and scratches all over the board. It happened several times. I returned one that did this, but the second one does the same thing. It may be user error but we will be looking for one that works well for our family.

It only works good on plain surface if there are small bumps, you’ll loose your balance. I would go for the bigger one H1 Pro which had black tires.
