Charging port is hanging loose, would take it back but have already returned one of these that just stopped working after less than a month. Exchanged for this one, daughter had to wait over a week to get the exchange shipped…which is fine, whatever…she goes to unplug it first time to ride and that entire charging mechanism thingymabob just falls loose out of the thang. Cheapy, curious place for the charging port. Anyway. Otherwise, when it works, she loves it!

What makes this board great is the 1 0" wheels. Riding in grass and rough terrain is a breeze. Bluetooth is also a nice addition.

This is not compatible with the buggy attachment. The wheels on this board are 12" which is too big for the buggy attachment, so it just always wants to go as soon as you turn it on. We have tried calibrating, but it still wants to go or spin in circles when attached to the buggy. Other than that it seems high quality, but if you want the standard buggy attachment, go with the smaller hoverboard. Will be exchanging for the smaller one.

Not so good ,my children fell and screech all body.

Compared to other cheaper models, the superior quality of this hoverboard is evident and justifies the higher price. We have had other hoverboards before that did not last very long. It is also easier to ride than the other models we had. We use it for leisure only.

My daughter rides her Hooverboard all through the house and outside. It does well on all different terrains and is definitely a great value.

It is a good hoverboard for kids, but the range isn't as advertised. It runs out quite quickly.

I got this for my grandson and he just loves it. I also like the Bluetooth capability and led lights.

Big is size but a really great product. Got it for my 10 year old brother and I think because the tires are so big, he caught on to it within an hour of having it. Safer version of products on the market.

Bluetooth doesnt work right. Cuts in and out. Board is solid and runs great. Lights seem dim and not led.

Holding up for 10 months now, no issues with it at all! So glad I went with this one for my sons 13th bday. He loves it

Would've given it 5 stars if it wasn't for all of the lights on it. To many for me

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it she is also big for her age so the weight copasity is great

Nice size and easy to use. Daughter was able to get up and tuning pretty well as a first timer.

We bought this just over a year ago. We were only able to use it twice since then, due to weather and waiting to save up for an attachment, and now it wont turn on. I looked up the lights and its either the battery is bad or a motherboard issue.

This is a great hoverboard so far. Easy to learn on and smooth to ride. Good for adults too.

We bought this for my sons Santa Gift and it worked for the first day now it wont take a charge and I cannot get anyone from Best Buy on the phone to take care of the problem. We don't live by a store so we couldn't get in to deal with the situation. Thanks for my sons Santa gift $300.00 wasted.

Easy to ride, daughter was spinning in no time. And she loves the speakers.

Just love it and I am getting used to riding it . It is well made and looks great !
